Not knocking your comments, but just curious why you think Weeden is a substantially better QB than Tannehill.  I know neither team has played a tough defense so far, but here is a quick comparison to date:

Tannehill: 164.9 QB Rating; 72.3 comp %; 4 TDs, 1 INT
Weeden: 157.5 QB Rating; 72.5 comp %, 8 TDs, 6 INTs

Here are the stats from last year:

Tannehill: 137.0 QB Rating; 65.0 comp %; 13 TDs; 6 INTs
Weeden: 154.1 QB Rating; 66.9 comp %; 31 TDs; 13 INTs

Keep in mind last year that Tannehill only started against Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Baylor, Nebraska and Texas.

Anyways, more than anything, I am just curious what you are seeing to make you think he is so much better.

I'm not much of a stat guy, never have been in regards to CFB. I need to watch a team a few games before I can form an opinion.  I just like the way Weeden has progressed. I think he has improved a lot in a year. But in reality the Pokes haven't been challenged yet. Tulsa defense can make anybody look good. And Kyle field is not friendly territory. But I guess I like the idea of a mature QB playing in a such a hostile venue. A&M shouldn't have taken a bye week this year, that extra game can go a long way this early in the year, even if its against Texas st. Tannehill is no slouch, and is a very good QB, he could play for me anyday. But I wish he had another year left. I get the feeling he has a lot of untapped potential still. Feel like he could be even better had he gotten on the field sooner somehow. But that is pointless now. 

Needless to say should be a good game. Just think the 4 is too much. Turnovers and how well DeRuyter schemes against Gundy will be the big determinants in the outcome IMO. Pressure on Weeden will go a long ways for A&M. But remember its still September and neither team has played anybody worth a damn. We essentially don't know jack squat about any of these teams yet. ...

 Best game to watch this week by far too
