Hey everyone, I'm new to covers but have been handicapping for about 8 years now with NCAA Football being my strength for sure. I did it in 2008, 2009 for free for fun with a website and did well around 59% winners both years. In 2010 I did it professionally and let me tell you, talk about stressful... I finished with 57.8% winners on the year and had people calling for my head!! So, I stopped for a few years, and picked it back up for fun and made a page on FB where I post all my plays documented per star rating this year. I'm doing well, (44-23)ATS so far and if anyone needs verification on that my page is on facebook under ANDY V'S NCAA PICKS. Everything is on there since week 1, picks, plus write ups... I came across this covers forum and there is some good stuff on here!! I am looking forward to exchanging information with everyone on here and trying to beat the books. Escpecially with it coming up on week 6 and the odds makers will most definitely be catching up making it hard to find value. The 1st 5 or 6 weeks are always the easiest to find value and then they tighten up. At least that is my experience over the years. So, let's come together and try and help each other out. I've seen alot of shit talking and that is not what I'm here for. But, if you want to talk football and spreads, I'm here to talk all day. If you want to talk let downs and look aheads, key injuries, personell mismatches, trends, bad weather, coaching match-ups, public line movement, sharp line movement etc... That's why I joined. With that being said, let's get working on Week 6 and how we are going to beat the books. -Andy V.

I understand I'm new here, and will need to earn everyone's respect, but just after a QUICK glance, and some may think I'm crazy... BUT... Early Lean on Georgia Tech +7.5-- HUGE letdown spot for Clemson, who I'm not completely sold on just yet, against a GT team that they've struggled with in the past in a MUST WIN spot to stay in ACC race...

Cali007, Packers1992, undermysac, EcuKingBuddy.... Thanks for the warm welcome. I don't want to be that guy that comes on here that posts a (44-23)ATS record without showing evidence of the truth behind it. The record is a good 6-8% better than I could have hoped for prior to the season. So,for any doubters, I don't blame you. But, here is a link to all my
picks and write-ups documented on the year, Go check it out, like the
page if you want, and see for yourself.... https://www.facebook.com/Andy-Vs-NCAA-Football-Picks-1487514434878526/timeline/?ref=bookmarksn.

Elodge, DoubleUp, and WiseGuy Thanks for the wishes... I'll be posting a few picks and write-ups probably by tomorrow. I haven't decided if I'm going to do it on here, or just post the link to my page with all my picks and write-ups that I've been using so far this year. Too much work putting them on both. Either way, still working heard on Week 6 card. Liking a few let-down/look ahead sandwich games for a few teams thatI'm not so sure are as good as their record. You can look at a record OR you can look at the teams resume' and body of work. i choose the latter and believe their are a couple pretender's left out there although their record makes it seem otherwise...

Hope everyone checked out my fb ncaa football page for pick and write-up... Had a feeling USC would be sleep-walking tonight. The Washington D showed up as expected and they've controlled the tempo all game... The game has gone exactly like I thought Iit would... Great coaching job by HC Chris Petersen and for those that didn't know before tonight now you know Washington won't be an easy out for anyone this year in the SEC...

Hope everyone had a chance to go check out tonight's pick +write-up... Game is going exactly how I expected. USC sleep walking and with this Washington D you better be ready to play or your going to have a rough night. For anyone that didn't know prior to tonight, now you know the Huskies won't be an easy out for anyone in the Pac-12 this year...

True... I'm not going to lie, I would like to attract an even bigger following on my page since it's already been established for 5 weeks now. Plus, there is information on there on how I rate my plays and suggested wagers per star rating. As well a 5 weeks worth of documented picks on there so people can verify that my record and win % is legitimate...
