I don't think its the refs running the clock. They're making the correct arm signals for stopping the clock...and then the head ref showed the start clock signal when the chains had reset---but the clock had been moving the entire time.

Probably some idiot student volunteer making $7.50/hr to press start/stop.

someone usually would acknowledge the refs if that's the case and the refs should adjust the clock
