ND should have been in the playoffs and deserved too based on the regular season. Saying that, it's pretty clear that Georgia (and probably Clemson) are the two teams that have the ability to compete for 4 quarters.

The regular season matters, and should. ND did everything needed, had a few quality wins over Michigan, Northwestern and Syracuse.

If going undefeated with a decent/quality schedule doesn't matter, then open it up to a 16 team playoff next year.

Any logical reasoning behind your negativity? The dawgs pass the eye test all day long. One of the two best teams in the best conference. Just look where the nfl gets most of their talent every year.
