college football is getting to be a travesty with this coaching carousel. its not right at any degree. nobody give me that free market line cuz no one is a bigger proponent of capitialism than me but with the free market comes a contractual society!!! its a joke and unfair to the kids,parents,schools,and fans. how do you recruit when this happens even just the threat of it puts schools at a decided disadvantage. honestly and its not even the coaches being greedy as it is the system. think about it what are these coaches going to do if its eliminated like they will walk away wtf else would most of them do making the money they are making at what they love to do and quite honestly mostly all they can do. if they dont want to be committed so long then sign shorter length contracts and then when it expires let the free market apply. oh and these extensions? what a joke. meaningless. thx for the ear
