Not quite sure why this line is so high. Texas has a great run D but they pass D can be moved on. They played one neutral game site this year and lost the Red River Rivalry 34-30 to OU. OU plays zero defense. Texas covered large spreads against a first game for KU back up and three bottom feeders in the Big 12. I am confident OSU can hang around and at +550 worth a shot at ML. I have OSU +20.5 and +22.5 x2 in three parlays.

Another angle is Texas is leaving the Big 12 next year. This isn’t like last night where it was the last PAC-12 game ever. This morning the Big 12 might serve notice to Texas for leaving for more money. I cannot imagine in any circumstance the Big 12 wants Texas to ride off to the SEC with the last Big 12 season. I am connected to KSU and that is how I feel. The Big 12 changed the rules mid-season when there was a four way tie to give OSU the advantage. Was it on purpose or an honest mistake? Texas was -15.5 to Tech last week. Texas Tech is terrible.

@NONEED4LUCK OSU could win today. In fact, today could be total chaos or just plain boring. Not many on the board that picked Washington stated moneyline as well. Good luck today.
I had Washington in teasers but no, did not bet then to win until after they were up 10-0 and it was still Wash +2.5. The line had me confused line everyone else. Texas had not rolled a solid team this year and a 3 score win in the title game? OSU could also get blown out but I think the Forty Year Old Man will have his team focused today.

Good points, especially if you believe they’ll be able to pass the ball. on the other hand the Longhorns have the best scoring defense in the big 12. I don’t believe Oklahoma State will have success running the ball. That will make them very one dimensional.
Deciding factor for me is Oklahoma State is ranked 93rd in red zone touchdowns this season. Makes me confident they cover the spread. Also may stay under the total simply because OS will not score enough.
Crazy but still taking the over .
Texas 45 - 20

Born and raised in Kansas. KU first but still support the other schools. My interpretation was a clarification of the rules. Head to head was the first tie breaker. OSU beat OU and K-State. No further tie breaker was required. With that being said, I think the game will be shoot out. Biggest thing for me will be how close OSU keeps it in first half and if Texas continues to play in the second half. Good luck with your bets. I took the over.

Moved to Kansas in 1992, now in KC. Yes I am aware, and as a KU fan, you should know about the meltdown at KSU. HAHA. Then they get rocked at home by Iowa to erase all doubt. I used to do some NIL stuff with KSU, but this is my last year. KSU doesn’t want to pay anyone, which is surprising because OSU doesn’t do NIL and here they are in the Championship game. I heard they paid Dickinson 4 Million a year. That right? I used to give Nigel and Marquis a car and a few sheckles. KSU cannot compete. Utah gave all 85 scholarship football players 2 year Ram leases.

Even though Texas played one neutral site game vs Oklahoma, was still a road game that I incorporate into their other three road games Iowa St / TCU / Houston. This game is NS but still a road game for both clubs and Texas gives up 24 pure points per game last 4 road and Oklahoma St scores +30 ppg on the road so I agree this line is high. So far 3 teams have covered in your Mega 14 leg parlay this should be #4. GL Bud !..Nice hit on that BYU, ran some #'s on that and definitely tailed..Thanks

Texas is playing for a shot at the national championship. They will run up the score if they can. The line is 15 for a reason. It's the biggest line in this rivalry in over a decade. Texas will handle their business, then have their watch party to see if Louisville can eliminate Florida State (a definite possibility with FSU's QB dilemma). That's the only 2 things they are thinking about today. Hook'em.

Forget what I said. Badlands is large on Texas so its probably going to be an uncomfortably close game with Oklahoma State covering the 1st half. Things change fast here lol.
