Does anyone know what the original line was?

Look at the record of Big Ten teams on the road; it's not very good. In fact, it's kinda pathetic. We have no idea how Penn State's players will respond, but do you really want your money on Martinez when there's 100,000 students, alumni and fans yelling in his ear. Happy Valley is a tough place to play in.

Im on Nebraska myself at -3. The PennState team is currently being swallowed up in todays biggest news. Kids will be kids, im sure they are not on a regular routine. They are prob out chanting and cheering for JoePa and participating in whatever else they are doing in Happy Valley.

I put a unit on Nebraska -3 as soon as the Joe Pa news came out... This is a steal for anyone to jump on, this line should bump to 5.5 before kickoff. Go Cornhuskers!

Which I probably would've done anyway, but the JoPa news made me jump on it before it creeped up, which I'm 100% sure it will before kickoff.

We don't know how the PSU players will respond, sure, but I know that Nebraska, whose defense is solid and who dismantled Michigan State, are hungry to squash a very distracted PSU team.

Just a gut feeling, but think PSU will not lose (if the game is played) to Nebraska. For that matter, I think PSU would probably beat any team they face Saturday regardless of who! Call me crazy and you will, but your dealing with something "unchartered" in the history of the game. This has never happend before obviously, I do believe every man on that team will play ABOVE THEIR HEADS! Don't know for who or why, or what their collective reason will be, but I believe it will equal one heck of a football display! PSU WILL ROLL IN A DOMINATING PERFOMANCE and the team will walk immediately out of the stadium and directly to JOE PA'S house.

JFen is correct here.  As an avid Nebraska fan and one that has only lost one of their games ATS this season, I'll tell you that I'm going to be on PSU ML and PSU + the points this weekend.  Not only are we just completely overrated, but we have no offense other than Rex Burkhead.  If linebacker U can stop him, we might not score.  TMagic, our QB, can't pass to save his life and our defense resembles nothing at all similar to our storied Blackshirts of the past.  IMO this will be an extremely low scoring game that PSU wins. 

P.S. As I was typing this I got emailed by a friend of mine who occasionally makes plays, guess who he's on heavy.  Yep, my Huskers.

Off the field distractions will not affect penn st players performance come saturday, but who in there right mind doesn't believe it will affect their preparation. This isn't high school football, you can't just walk on the field and expect to win because you think you have the better team.
