It's been a great season.  I have had a lot of fun talking ball with some of you.  You know who you are.  I always take arguments from both perspectives and I wish you luck regardless of your picks.  I do not bash.  For some of you, small posters, no posted records, loud mouths...it's been disappointing to see the few of you open your mouths when someone loses a pick.  I find it pathetic, to be honest.  A keyboard, the internet, and user name gave you such balls, it's laughable.  Internet tough guys amuse me.

As for my last three plays...I feel good about Tulsa...but won't be surprised if Ball State steps up.  As for Oklahoma 1st Half...I think there is a shot to cover this play.  As for Oklahoma for the game...I have no confidence in my last POD.

I fear I will end with three, maybe four lousy bets.  It happens.  As for the AltFader Challenge...well, you have to respect the fact that I am in third now, with a chance to tie for 1st or at least finish top 5.  Pretty impressive.  It's tougher when you are putting your own money on the line though.

Good Luck.  I'm out.  See you all in August.  I'l be in and out until the NC game is over, but I am not overly confident in Oklahoma.  It is what it is. 

If you want to tell my why I shouldn't give up on Oklahoma now...I'm all ears...but I don't see a shot in hell of Oklahoma's defense stopping the Gators...and certainly see the Gators stopping their offense...as we have seen in every Big 12 bowl game thus far...as being easy to do.

I'll give you an entire write-up as to why Florida will dominate Oklahoma. But you could just look at what TT, OK St and Texas have been able to do in the bowl season thus far.....

But taking Oklahoma would be very PlacinUnits style

Yeah Placin, the pubs are on Florida and the experts are as well.  #1 pickers for FL and OK are taking the Gators.

They are...I guess my mind was focused on the OVER play considering I just added...

now that's a square play.

oklahoma, i don't know what to call that. 

right you are...not too many agreements for #1 cappers this season on wagerline.  they sure both picked wake forest wrong.

i will tell you this...i expect them both to be on Florida...who isn't?

secondly, when the number 1 cappers agreed last year...they went 4-9 in bowl games ATS. 

my favorite this season...ASU -3 versus Oregon State...they got that one wrong. 

I hear ya...I do.  I just don't trust that as much.  Sounds like easy money for the Florida backers.

Huh? The easy bet is Florida, atleast thats what im hearing from friends.

No NFL...I bet it on the side...never post or chat about it.  Until next year...catch you on the flip side, my man.

A.  The public is not right 50% of the time.  They absolutely typically pick the winner at a much higher percentage, but not ATS.  In this case, 3 points with high powered offenses may just as well be a pick-em, we'll see.  In fairness to your points, if you took the total population, perhaps.  But when you take individual players, they are not right "50%" of the time if you take the public plays.  That is my point.

B.  I'm not fading the public just for the hell of it.  I make a few comments here and there about it just back and forth with the forum.  I have a gut feeling and I have a long list of reasons.  Florida is actually my team man...got my jacket on the counter to the left of me right now. 

Perhaps I should outline my reasons...point is, very unpopular bet.  You can post me up on the bulletin board for stupid human tricks later.  But thanks for the post.  As for profitable...I'm pretty profitable...don't worry about me.  You have followed very closely, have you.
