The GA kicker is 17-17 inside 49 yards this year, and long of 55. 3-5 from beyond 50.
Mitch Jeter for ND, was perfect from inside 49, for 2 years with South Carolina, but has struggled this year with ND. 2-3 20-29, 1-3 30-39, and 5-8, from 40-49, 0-1 outside 50. He's got a hitch or some confidence issues. Could be huge if this comes down to a fg. But I haven't watched his kicking, maybe it's a long snapper issue, but either way, it's notable.
Ga has averaged by 4 yards more per punt. If this game plays out like Ga Kentucky, or GA TEX part 2, little things like that will matter.

I'll take the points in all 4 games, give me the dogs. All of these teams played exceptional football all season long and deserve to be where they are at. Just makes since to me to grab the points. Good luck to all on your bets and happy new year.

@Last2thirst Boise State Beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl On a trick play for a 2 pt conversion around 15 years ago. The RB proposed to his gf after he scored and won the game. It was one of thee wildest finishes to a college bowl game I have ever seen.
Thanks NoNeed....that's it!
Hey Boise, I knew you would know what the exact thing was also....maybe the bowl game was in Florida? Either way, that game was epic with Oklahoma and I am pretty sure they ended undefeated and lots of discussion during the year if they should be in the top bowl that season
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

Boise gm was in Phx.. ran a 'Statue of Liberty' play. I think Kellen Moore (now OC of Eagles? formerly Dallas) was the QB.
Great call ~ Perfectly executed! that's the thing about "trick" plays, your players have to focus and Execute them the way they're drawn up!
and they'll WORK every time!
I've already played these:
*Boise +11.5 (half)... Jeanty is a beast for true and can bust a long one vs ANY team. QB is decent, scrambles well, smaller but smart, tough kid, well-coached, never-surrender mindset for the team, wouldn't be surprised if they've got some tricks. Yes, there IS a difference between top OL/DL at the schools, Penn St HAS to be looking past to the semi's.. sandwich game. Kinda expecting a shootout here too.
*Az St +14.5 (buy 1)... Skatteboo is a tough runner, but it's a "look-ahead" for Tex, Tex gave up lots of passing yds v Clemson and (IF he has time!) the Az QB can throw it and their passing scheme gets guys open consistently! not sure how their defense can hold the Texas speed @ RB/WR, but I'm hoping they keep up!
**Oregon gm OVER 54.5... Ohio St looked like a beast the 1Q against Tenn, THAT Ohio St team would be tough for any team to beat. but I think it was an aberration w/the bounce-back from loss to Mich, nat'l tv, etc... I expect Oregon's offense to be firing on all cylinders (as USUAL), I think Gabriel is very accurate, and the quickness and talent of WRs on both teams will be on display in good weather in SoCal on a perfect field (Rose Bowl) ~ Pts! Pts! Pts!
LEANING Strong on Oregon+ and less on Ga/ND Under.. I know there's lots of love for Ohio St, I might tease Oregon up.. we'll see
GL guys!

This will be Boise's fourth New Years Six bowl, all in Glendale AZ. They won the previous three, but that first one over Oklahoma was indeed epic!
@Mananddogs
Actually Jared Zabransky was the QB in the first Fiesta Bowl against the Sooners. People remember the trick plays at the end, but the Broncos were dominating that game, ahead 28-10, before Oklahoma scored after recovering a punt that bounced backwards into a BSU player to make it 28-17. The momentum swung the Sooners way after that. They tied it at 28 and took the lead on a pick six, to set up the late game dramatics.
Kellen Moore started as a freshman in '08, and they went undefeated that year and in '09 during the regular season. They lost the bowl game to TCU after the '08 season, but got their revenge in their second Fiesta Bowl appearance after the '09 year. Ironically, their best teams were in 2010 and 2011. They would've been unbeaten in both years had it not been for two missed chip shot field goals at Nevada ('10) and home vs TCU ('11). Oh what might've been.....

Train, Wahoo or anyone with some CFB expertise, after looking through the slate I'm intrigued by WA St today for a few reasons. From what little ive seen of the starting QB Zevi Eckhaus, he's looked like he's got a decent arm, he's accurate and he's a gamer. Both teams lost players to the portal and that looks to me like a wash. Finally my many years experience with the Orange leads me to believe they're coming in soft because of public $ and sentiments going their way convincingly. I could be way off on this so I'd love to get some input from our Covers experts.
Happy New Year & BOL guys!
