Don't always be fooled by the weather angle. Browns vs Steelers last night was over 36.5 a lot of people said the weather would stop them both scoring. We all know the outcome. NOT game went over.

It is raining here in SJ. They also have flash flood warning for nearby vicinity. Not sure how this would affect the outcome of the game. I would think under bad weather, home team would benefit more.
