It's a great card tomorrow and here's the best of what I see;
#156 NOTRE DAME +3.5 versus #155 Oklahoma
3:30 EST GAME TIME WEATHER
in South Bend – 80* mostly sunny
Oklahoma’s JR QB Blake Bell
will quickly realize that he’s not playing at home versus Tulsa tomorrow! For
those of you who haven’t been following the Sooner’s quarterback situation
through summer camp, Freshman Trevor Knight won the starting job over Blake
Bell. After posting less than impressive sub-par numbers in his first 1-3/4
game (43% completion with 4TDs & 3INTs) the freshman went down with a knee
injury in the West Virginia game. Blake Bell came into that game in the 4th
QTR and then started the following week at home having success against a very weak
Tulsa squad. Prior to this year, Blake has seen miniscule action throughout his
career in basically 4th QTR cleanup duty with a total of 20 pass
attempts with 10 completions. Oklahoma coming off a bye and traveling to ND in the Sooner's first road game of the year with an unproven, untested quarterback is the
Irish recipe for disaster. To me, the key for Oklahoma will be if they can get
any kind of a ground game going…I don’t see it happening in South Bend’s high
energy hostile environment and the Irish will continue their ridiculous unlikely record
and dominance against the Sooner’s

#138 MINNESOTA +2 versus #137 Iowa
3:30 EST GAME TIME WEATHER
at TCF Bank Stadium – mid 60s with showers
The Golden Rodents team and
home town crowd are gonna be fired up for this game tomorrow! Last year Minnesota took the
exact same 4-0 record into Iowa and got man handled 31-13. Iowa’s last 2 visits
into Minnesota saw them as 14.5 point chalks only to lose both of those games
outright in 2010 & 2011! Iowa lost to Northern Illinois this year while
turning the ball over 3 times in that game. Northern Illinois, a squad who
allowed Idaho to score 35 points while winning by 10 and allowed Eastern
Illinois to score 39 points while beating them by only 4 points is possibly the
worst 3-0 team in the country if there even is such a thing when being
unbeaten! The 12th man and the gold plated rodents handle business
and go to 5-0 tomorrow

Both offenses have explosive play makers. Power rushing opens the big plays through the air for both
teams tomorrow. In their last 6 meetings the over is 5-1 here and don't expect it to be any
different tomorrow.

#145 Ole Miss +14.5 versus #146 ALABAMA
6:30 EST GAME TIME WEATHER

This game very much reminds
me of last year’s A&M team coming into Alabama believing that they were the
better team and had zero fear while keeping Bama on their heals the entire
game. The road team is 5-0 ATS (last 5) in this matchup and Ole Miss is a
perfect 4-0 ATS when playing in Alabama. These kids truly believe they can and
will win this game tomorrow. I expect it to be close the entire way

8:00 EST GAME TIME WEATHER
at Ohio Stadium 74* clear skies
This game will be
full of
huge scoring plays on both sides! Ohio State averages 53PPG and
Wisconsin is
averaging 41PPG. I don’t see either of these defenses slowing down
either of
these offenses….Braxton Miller has got something to prove with his game
you can believe that he will be playing with incredible focus! No
love loss here as I believe Urban Meyer will try and hang 60 on the
Badgers and
I think WI can hold serve for the most part.

USC is 0-8 ATS in their last

this one.

like the picks. I see the LSU game being very close on the total. Hard to see Georgia scoring 40 on this LSU defense. I'm thinking more like 34-31 LSU. Also there is no chance in hell.....literally ZERO chance that Wisconsin scores 42 tomorrow. BOL to you though

thanks VV...you may be absolutely correct about Wisconsin, but OSU has a legit chance of scoring 50 themselves! GL

I appreciate the writeup and analysis. Hope you don't mind some debate. While Iowa may be the worst 3-0 team in the country, Minnesota is clearly the worst 4-0 team in the country. Their 4 opponents are a combined 1-11 in Division 1 games this season losing by: 46, 21,23,49,28,45,31,17,21,19 and 28. UNLV did beat Central Michigan by 10. In 12 Division 1 games, their opponents have been outscored by an average of 27.3 ppg. I am on Iowa. Good luck with the rest of your games. Lean your way in the others.

No, not at all Hunter....Iowa is 3-1 losing to Northern Illinois...and I was saying that Northern Ill was possibly the worst 3-0 team in the country...like btw, most teams would give their left nut to be 3-0 and really wouldn't care about the way it got done! Anyway you definitely make some good points about the Rodent's opponents, but I feel like this game is marked down on Minnesota's calendar when they are hosting Iowa and is a focal point for the team. They play very well at home against Iowa over 2 of the past 3 years and I expect them to play up in class tomorrow and get a bench mark win for the school.

why is everyone saying usc is on their first road game....they open up their schedule at hawaii people!!
wisconsin was a run team and they ran all over arizona st and should have won that game wasnt for that dumb spike move...and usc is the same team as wisconsin....they have 2 good rb and their defense is really good!! why bet the game when there is no clear cut favorite just my 2 cents! gl on your bet

You are absolutely correct! They did open up in Hawaii this year..followed by 3 in a row at home! nevertheless 0-8 ATS in their last 8 road games...I don't believe this is a good spot for USC at all and think that this game probably won't even be close....btw not that it matters but I've been a USC fan for 20 years and figure that if I'm going to be sick to my stomach on the level they are playing at, I feel better if I can make some money as I puke...betting with my brain not my heart

All good. I don't think Northern Ill is bad at all....there's a reason they are favored by 3 AT Purdue. Good luck. Just voicing my opinion. Iowa beat Iowa State soundly and the Cyclones last night looked a lot better than the Gophers in my opinion. Minny has no passing game and Iowa has allowed just 90 yards per game rushing. It will force Minny to throw the ball, which they are uncomfortable doing. Minny was outgained by both UNLV and San Jose. Iowa is possibly my biggest play of the day tomorrow but I have been wrong before. It's just my opinion.

I agree with you on pretty much every thing, except for ohio state game & arizona state game...
Ohio state game, i think this is Thee game Urban meyer wants for his team, Game Day in town under the night lights, he loves to promote his qb's.. i honestly think this game is 45- 10 final Ohio state.. this is a game im sure he has circled since spring time...
Arizona State Usc
I am not sure if Arizona State is as good as people think.. but i do know one think USC defense is absolutely one of the best in the nation right now.. and i know for a fact that if arizona state doesnt make any big plays in this game that go to the endzone, its gonna be a long day, usc redzone defense is the best in college right now... I really like the under in this game and USC money line.. Arizona state is a 3 loss team this year, USC has a date with ND in south bend & a date with Stanford & UCLA those are the 3 games USC will lose 2 of the 3 for sure, this week i think they find a way to win a close one 16-13
Good Luck

I tell you what, I just listened to Dari and 3 other analysts I respect pick Iowa as well tomorrow and I gotta say that I'd COMPLETELY agree with all of you if the game were on a neutral or in IOWA...And you're right NI doesn't suck but there D is porous for sure
GL bro..it's not a huge play for me [220] but it should be exciting to watch it unfold...

Last point...Iowa beat Iowa State in Ames 2 weeks ago, which is quite a hostile environment in a big rivalry game so I don think being on the road will affect them. Win, lose or draw, good debating with you; that's what this site should be all about.

Yep, Like I said I also think Urban Meyer will try and hang 60 on Wisconsin...I just like it over the total but believe that the Badgers will have some pretty good success on offense. And as far as ASU/USC goes, I see a formidable defense in USC...that's it...There is zero offense here...just freakin terrible!! AND IM A FAN WHO ATTENDS 1 or 2 home games a year! makes me sick to see where this has gone over the past 6 years. I may be able to get on board with your under play ..BUT only because USC cant score!! 0-8 ATS last 8 on the road
