It really is nice to see two SEC teams, LSU and Mississippi, get beat. I truly respect SEC football, who can argue with 7 straight national champonships, but would love to see Ohio State upset Alabama.

Don't worry Boom. There will be other guys to take you out. Stop holding a grudge. There are other trophies to win. Remember only one team wins the NC trophy. Maybe someone will let the Clemson players hold it for 5 minutes. Will that make you feel better?

Boom---Since you are close to FL, stop by Gainesville so you can see what a NC trophy looks like. Take a picture and share it with the Clemson team.

 

I heard the Clemson team thinks the NC trophy is like Big Foot and it does not exist. You can show them proof. LOL

Funny thing is that Boykin is really not having a good game.   If he was, the vaunted ole miss d would be right up there w tex tech giving up 84.    Bo did however try to rally the troops by saying "were the SEC".   LMFAO

Why do you always have to start the SEC hate and act so immature?

I have stated that I like seeing the SEC teams win but only because in the long run it helps with recruiting. I am no SEC nut hugger. I am the one who argued the TCU should have been in the playoff. I think their team speed could give Bama fits. 

I also expect G. Tech to give Miss. St. a very good game if not win outright. 

The SEC is what 4-2 in bowl games? TCU is a better team than Ohio St. yet money rules the world and the Buckeyes get in. Bama is lucky because this is a game of matchups and they matchup a lot better with Ohio St. than they would have with TCU.  

You'll probably bash on me but really you should just be happy that Clemson had a good year and should be good next year. Instead of bashing on the SEC. You know good and well if somebody started an ACC sucks thread you would be up in arms about it. 

I just don't see the purpose of this thread unless you like to argue-

Blowout---TCU is a better team than FSU. FSU is vastly overrated playing in the weakest of the power 5 conferences. Would have loved to see TCU vs Oregon.

It will take a hell of a lot more than that to take the heat off Big Game Boob. Worse coached team I saw all year. Why would you run a zone read offense with a QB who a month ago had symptoms of spinal stenosis? (for you SEC nut huggers, thats a narrowing of the spinal cord) Venables knew Knight was absolutely no threat to run (2 carries -1 yard…..wtf??), so they just let Clemson's front 7 crush Perine. No disrespect to Clemson….they came into the game like they cared and were clearly the better team……but Stoudt isn't the first guy to have his career best day against this defense. Big Game Boob served this one up on a silver platter. Solid win for the Tigers…definitely headed in the right direction.

Enough of that rant. Who would you take on a neutral field between TCU and Ohio State…..or hell, TCU vs anyone?

Ole miss had a great season, today TCU wanted it more and was the better team.  TCU is a great football team and showed it today.  They could play with any of the top 4 teams.  Nothing to do with sec or any conference.

That was the worst thing that could have happened for the Sooners. Alabama's season ended when Auburn returned the FG in the Iron Bowl……they didn't give two shi ts about that bowl game. Knight had his career moment and we were spoon fed that he was the guy. By far the worst QB Stoops has ever had, and, if not for Swoopes performance vs the Hogs, would easily be the worst QB I've seen in a bowl game this season. (Swoopes, btw, had his career best day vs OU's defense). Team has major issues…….as an alumnus and a donor, I expect substantial changes.
