Vandy game. Players in motion don’t have shoulders square to the line of scrimmage. Game changing penalty angry  Is everyone suppose to have their shoulders square?

Refereeing in both NFL and NCAAF is an absolute disgraceful joke

In AMERICAN football - a player in motion can only move parallel to the LOS.  In Canada it's OK to move towards the LOS.
