I'm looking to continue my good luck streak when I open my in game threads my initial picks have won.
I'm on TCU today. To me they are the team that is more motivated to prove the doubters wrong. They were left out of the playoffs and they want to show the country that they deserve to be there more so than Ohio State .
Ole Miss started well this season but faded off as they got into the more difficult portion of their schedules.
I expect this game to go back and forth for awhile but the more motivated team will win and TCU has all the motivation here to work hard.

Who are the doubters? The panel of 12 picked OSU because they have more influence, a bigger following, more money, More boosters with money and will get more viewers on TV.
There are no doubters. Everyone knows TCU won every game and their only loss was to the #5 ranked Baylor Bears when they fell asleep in the 4th quarter in Waco.

Ohio State has much larger appeal than tCU and that's why Ohio State went. But, I've got to take the team playing with a chip on their shoulder. They have potent offense and will be more motivated to win, is my initial read.

I've said this before though. In all other games besides the Semi Final and Championship games, the most important piece of hhandicapping is which team has more motivation to actually win the game.
It's a large piece of the puzzle and shouldn't be overlooked.

What motivates college football players. Not $$$ b/c they don't receive any cash...... It's Women,Girls, Puzzy.. Texas women vs Miss women........... no contest TCU Horny Frogs by 10
I guess that's one way to cap it.
I disagree about $ is a factor many will turn pro.

The Ole Miss defense is built to defend a team such as TCU. They struggled with power teams who ran straight at them a la LSU & Arkansas. They have tremendous speed and excel against spread teams. They opened their season on this same field against Boise, so there should be some familiarity and definitely a pro Rebel crowd in SEC Country. TCU has yet to see a defense like this-I have seen Boykin just throw it up for grabs many times and rely on his receivers to out athlete the db. That tactic will not be successful today. Like the Rebels in a lower scoring game than most expect. Good luck and enjoy!

This is a f u c king bad as s matchup. I won't even have to put money on this for me to be glued to the couch. That being said I will probably bet small on the frogs.

I'd agree this really is a tough ggame to call. I think it should be a PK game honestly.
