I respectfully disagree. Bye&#x27;s give teams a chance to evaluate and correct things that are issues. It&#x27;s tough when you have to game plan for a team right after a game. Not too mention it gives certain players time to heal up. &#xA;I mean a bye won&#x27;t make a team like UTEP come out and play like Alabama but I believe in a game like New Mexico St it will play a factor against Liberty.

New Mexico is not off a bye, they just got beat by Liberty on Saturday. New Mexico State is however, as you listed, and play Liberty this week.

FYI Utah St and Tulsa came off byes and looked pretty sharp.
