You maybe right. Herman is supposedly such a weirdo it has turned off the rank and file of the team. Strange speeches and odd nitpicking about things that don't really matter. Players want a real plan and players held accountable. Nothing worse then a coach that is focusing on issues that don't help them improve as players, a team and of course winning first. Look at Saban a complete prick but players know they will work hard get better and get paid in the NFL. Good Call

o-line is also unbelievably trash. Sam is also an overrated QB. Team has quit on the coach, very evident. Texas Tech can move the ball.. I think Vegas has this game 100% wrong, but BOL! 

If you guys understand anything about the big brother little brother psychology then you'll take the points,  Here in Texas the college players are from here and hold grudges when passed over by what they believe is the most biggest, richest, hottest women, arrogant university, UT.   And a larger disparity cannot be found between the flat cold dusty red neck college of Texas TECHnical University and the beautiful campus, women, clean rivers, international attraction of Austin Texas. Texas Tech hates UT, remember when crabtree stunned UT at UT back in 2008?   Tech will fight to a point covering bloody end
