Penn St at West Virginia 

***Franklin last year run the score up late..(Lot of WV people thought) and got a late Cover with a TD with 6 seconds left on the Clock...Now he gets to see the Atmosphere at WVU...after that game last year...Yes I'm a WVU Grad....See WV keeping this one tight at home...IMO...So...

Love the UTSA and West Virginia picks!   GL to start the season!   With regard to WV - revenge, early game in Morgantown...WV has a good QB to try to match PSU weapons...I don't know if the Neers can win straight up, but I think they can stay in the game and perhaps pull the upset...
