SYRACUSE ORANGEMEN PICK
k. state away from home is nothing special. they gave up 35 ppg and nearly 240 rushing ypg away from home. even north texas hung with them the last game of the year. i would not be surprised to see carter have a better game then thomas today. syracuse d was very good this year. syracuse on the other hand was not built for the dome this year as they were much better on the road. they crushed cincy, and won at west virginia and south florida.
ARMY KNIGHTS +7.5
s.m.u does not have one impressive win on their schedule to be laying over a td imo. they lost to navy and lets be honest if army doesnt fumble at the goal line that was returned for a td that game is going down to the wire. smu is not a high scoring team for a run and shoot offense and they havent exactly faced tough d's all year. padron's only completing 58.9% which is low for this type of offense. i think this one stays in the 20's. army should be able to move the ball and kill some clock.
