lets keep this simple, cincinnati's defense is awful. congrats on blowing out two of the worst teams you can find to pad your stats. tennessee's qb was 34/41 for 405 yards 
against them and if you remember the line tanked in cincys favor that game, went all the way down to 3.5 i think. they gave up 27+ in 10 games last year how much can they be improved, its pretty much the same d. im not saying state's d is any better. wake did what they wanted with them, but i dont see either offense struggling. doesnt look like rain will be a problem, just a chance of isolated thunderstorms it said.
