1. Auburn won 49-24 last year, covering the 15 point spread (and the spread is only 2 points this year)
2. Ranked team v. home dog (and the spread is only 2 points)
3. Reverse line movement, 70% on Auburn and the line dropped from 2.5 to 2. (70-30 rule)
4. There are only two college games Thursday night, both of which overlap time wise and this is the game where most of the money will be... and so this is the game "vegas" wants to win. I state this to further back up points 1-3.
My strategy for this game will be to play Miss State 1H... if they lose i'm doubling down on them 2H.
Good luck fellas

I want to remind everyone that I'm martingaling Mississippi State from the 1H to the 2H if they lose. I'm saying if they don't cover the 1H... the line will be adjusted so they will cover the 2H.
Call that strategy crazy... I will be the crazy guy with cash in his pocket.

What did you martingale? Wasn't the 2nd half line a push at 3?
If you think Miss St is gonna win then why wouldn't you play the whole game rather than risking a martingale?
I got it at -2.5... and unless you live in Massachusetts I'm sure we don't have the same book.
In this type of situation... I don't feel there is much risk at all in taking State to cover a half... which is why I will martingale it and increase my odds of winning. My first post above states exactly why I think they cover at least one half.
Do you have a lean or do you just like asking questions?

msu at home is a much stronger 1h play IMO than for the game because eventually auburn's superior athleticism will win out. I don't see you having to make a 2h play. bol.

Hey congrats on Maryland yesterday. I laid some on them too.
I would usually agree with #4 and how this is the game "vegas" wants to win but you may have forgotten there is a bigger fish to fry thursday night: Saints @ Vikings.
I am pretty sure all the wagers on both college games combined won't come close to equaling the action on the NFL opener.
Anyway good luck on your wager
