Toledo will be without Ely, so backup Logan Woodside will be at the helm. Expect Hunt and Jones-Moore to get a lot of touches early. The shakey O Line should be slightly offset by the Bearcats playing their 1st game of the season.
Now, Ralph Abernathy is a great player, and should give the Rockets fits, both running and catching passes out of the backfield. However, sophomore Gunner Keil will be getting his 1st start, and is behind a mixed bag O Line. I fully expect Tommy Tuberville to play super vanilla, due to this being the team and Keils 1st start, and the fact Tuberville (imo) has never been stellar.
The Rockets have 2 games under their belt, and playing Mizzou will have them ready for the speed of the game, both in general and for what the Cincy personnel can bring. I think a little Bearcat rust will stall a few drives, via penalty and inaccuracy.
Of course, this could be a 41-24 game. I just dont see it happening.....I see 30-17....
