hope State beats them, they would still be in the top10 if they lose and LSU would move back into top4, the whole conference is like termites in the polls, they keep coming back

Prescott is probably the best QB in the SEC this year. Don't think there is enough talent around him to pull off the upset but they should keep it close. State plays Bama tough every year and Bama has not played well in the past coming off the game with LSU. If anything take the points. This is a tougher match up for Bama than LSU was.

You have a good point ezcept for the fact that prescot is nowhere near as good as johnny manziel was.and miss st def is weak as well.prescott just gets over hyped but he aint good against the real sec teams..name one big win in which he played good..last year against auburn doesnt count cause he threw a number of picks and also auburn turned the ball over early and gave miss st a big head start so i dont buy it.. Dak is not that good and will not succeed in the pros..nothing personal against him its just facts qs i dont get fooled by the commentators over rating him.he is no johnny manziel

I was really looking forward to betting Mississippi State this weekend, but I was hoping for 10 points. Just not sure if I can pull the trigger at 7.5. Just like every season, Mississippi State will struggle mightily to score. I can't see them finding the end zone more than once in this game.
That said, I think Alabama's offense will also struggle to score. I think this game will look very similar to the Tennessee/Alabama game.

I was really looking forward to betting Mississippi State this weekend, but I was hoping for 10 points. Just not sure if I can pull the trigger at 7.5. Just like every season, Mississippi State will struggle mightily to score. I can't see them finding the end zone more than once in this game.
That said, I think Alabama's offense will also struggle to score. I think this game will look very similar to the Tennessee/Alabama game.
Here's the thing, all these picks are ruining it for the MSU backers. Y'all need to pat Bama on the back and keep them talking about LSU and playoffs, but all the talk to Saban and the players so far is how "Bama has trouble with these types of QBs".. The spot is right, off a big win, but the media is not even talking about it, they've already put Bama on upset alert and that could've been a mistake! I'd be willing to take MSU 1st Q or 1st half. But I think that Bama defense wants to prove a point, like they did vs Dak last year, and shut him down. Also, if this MSU cover is going to happen, then the Bama offense needs to be terrible like they were vs Arky.. If that happens, then I can see it. But I don't see MSU getting north of 24 points max. That's a lot vs to his defense that is getting scarily better each week!

I agree that this will look a lot like UT, but I also believe UT is a better team than MSU. State doesn't have a good run game outside of Dak. Even if they did, they ain't running on this defense anyway. Saban will mush rush him and force him out to one side where the LB spy will be. You'll see a lot of Rashaan Evans at LB in this game as a spy I think. He's fast as a RB and can get sideline to sideline quicker than Foster or Ragland. Saban has had Mullin figured out since he was at UF with Tebow.. The problem Bama has had vs MSU is the Bama offense has been terrible running against those monster DL. If that continues, Bama will be in a war deep in the 4th. I think the Under is the best play in this game, unless we can get MSU at 10.5.
