This line opened at 9 and dropping fast.

When public is on a team and line moves the other way way more times than not the public loses

The play here is UCLA just based off that fact.

SCal is down too their 3rd , 4th , or possibly 5th string QB . I don&#x27;t even know who will start. Hard to handicap w/that variable. I just don&#x27;t have that inside scoop , so will be pass for me. I bet UCLA in Covers Contest &amp; got &#x2B;8, GL to everybody playing  the game.
