Is this really a bowl game? &#xD;&#xA;I have completely overlooked this game for obvious reasons. I see no reason the Rebels couldnt win SU and also like the O54.5&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Thoughts?

I&#x27;ve been trying to get info ( I mean reliable info dammit) on how well Rebels are practicing this week. If they are where I think they should be mentally, I&#x27;m taking them. What a matchup though lol I wonder if these coaches had a "New Years Day Bowl" clause in their contract???

UNT has the best red zone D in the country and UNLV ranks 101 in red zone O. I don't see UNLV scoring much at all in a UNT home game. Actually love UNT tomorrow. It's really the only bowl game I'm playing tomorrow.

North Texas has a large edge on the def line, UNLV adv. slightly- QB and RB. Everything else, in my opinion, is in N Texas favor. Add in NT"s campus only 30 miles away, should have a home crowd advantage. Special teams , large adv. N Texas. For what is worth, I have N. T. large -6and a half. I ain't nobody, so use this as you see fit.

just some info to pass on UNT has nice defensive numbers statistically, although again the &#xD;&#xA;schedule should be brought into question, and that defense will be &#xD;&#xA;tested by the accurate UNLV quarterback Caleb Herring, who passed for &#xD;&#xA;over 2500 yards and 22 touchdowns vs. just four interceptions. North &#xD;&#xA;Texas is 10-24 ATS in its last 34 games vs. teams with winning straight &#xD;&#xA;up records.

Yeah I would have not thought I would see these two teams play on Jan 1, Believe or not I have watched both teams this year and I think N, Texas is the better team. whether they win in the bowl and cover is another story both if both teams come to play, which I think they both should N. Texas wins and covers 28-17 or 28-20.

never thought this game would bring interest but more data, thinking the under is the play here. should be having a great time in Houston with friends but having a great time with my 75 yr old mother at home. Happy new yr everybody

Rebels are 5-1 ATS in their last six games overall.
* Mean Green are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games overall.
* Under is 4-1 in Rebels last five vs. a team with a winning record.
* Under is 5-1 in Mean Green last six games following a ATS win.
