Very KEY MARSHALL players opted OUT/ WHY BET this GAME ???

I can UNDERSTAND why these players opted out  RB Brandon Knox , LB Beckett and OT BALL as they prepare for the DRAFT , but what about the rest of them ???

If both teams were at full strength I might have POUNDED MARSHALL as the DOG for 4+ units=$800 ...The defense is way faster than anything UB has seen and was excellent at stopping the RUN ...

However.   Marshall  QB Grant Wells appears to have fallen off a cliff the last 2 games , after looking good the first 7 ....

Not sure what you're going to get with my HOMETOWN University at Buffalo BULLS...They had their hearts set on the MAC Championship ( Glad they didnt win as I cashed my largest future in 13 years here on covers * more on that later ) ..

I'll probably pass on betting this game...Too many unknowns...If you're real desperate for action I STRONGLY RECOMMEND a SMALL PLAY ...Might want to wait as close to kickoff as possible.....

This was the first year since I was in middle school that I didnt focus more attention on CFB than the NFL ...Usually loaded up on futures across the board on National Champion, conference & division  ,Heisman , season win totals , and game of the year lines ...NOT SURE ILL BET ON THE CFB PLAYOFF EITHER

Actual odds on the wager are +1350 , but localluly inflated lines dont count here on Covers..  The local i bet this with took a dump on me this week and only paid out $6,000 with a promise to pay the rest after the first week of the NFL playoffs...( TURD)...He's got plenty of $$$ , just hoping I lose it back ....I'm going to piss him off this weekend with $25 max bets , as my NFL wagers are placed at the SENECA SPORTSBOOK in NIAGARA FALLS ..

Almost a miracle that the Cardinals won the MAC after losing their first game ..

Marshall has one of the worst starting CFB qbs I have ever seen I dont know how anyone would put a cent on them and this is coming from a guy from West Virginia. Buffalos RB is hurt which is slightly concerning to me. If you look at the stats marshalls run defense looks good but the last couple of games they have NOT played well vs the run. Buffalo by 10.

I see most if not all on here are putting the entire stock of Marshalls season from the last two games.. that's just not the best way to predict the future if you've been gambling long.. Either way Marshall is still gonna have the talent advantage in games like this regardless

Exactly. The opt outs don't even mean anything either because Buffalo only wants to run the ball but are physically outmatched at the line of scrimmage either way lol. All small schools want to win their bowl game... the guys that opt out are the ones that don't care that's why they opt out lol. This is not a case of a lets say Texas or Georgia in a meaningless bowl game. Marshall and Buffalo the same will be motivated to win, however, advantage is in Marshall's favor... Buffalo is not UAB or Rice... they're  a mac team with a bad defense that gives up huge chunk yards.

Remember a few months ago we were agreeing there would be no college football season. Glad we were wrong!

Although the season has been a big mess at times (i.e. Michigan Wolverines) I'm still counting my blessings and thankful for what we had. Funny how we take so much in life for granted.

Didn't take this season that seriously and still haven't lost money!

I'm on Marshall only because Buff lost their championship and the last time they did that they lost their bowl game too. And I made the bet a week ago as there is still no mobile betting in Michigan.  Another reason not to be that serious.

 Ball St.-San Jose St. is a matchup of two teams that have won me some money. I played San Jose every game, except the season opener, all winners. Been on Ball St the last three games, also all winners. Leaning Ball St. as a touchdown dog, but the game is six days away, so could see some major line movement.

To be honest I'll probably sit out CFB next year as well ....Still think we'll be in the wrath of the Rona for another year or 2 ...

Anxiously awaiting the current studies on how the vaccine does against the 2 new apparent covid strains in Southern England and South Africa ...Praying it maintains its 90-94% effectiveness....
