well that miss just changed the 2H line..lost 1H parlay, but won 2Q Over, and 2Q Lou +.5..2H anybody?..

Zero penalties on Lousiville in 1h.  Not sure how that is even possible, but okay....

Cincy is notorius for lots of penalties.  LVille is not, players are have more disclipline.

No focus here by the bear-kittens tonight.  Defense is having a hard time tackling, giving up a big run & a big pass in the 1H.  Corners are giving too much cushion on the WRs. 
 
Offensive seems to be sporatic, although those last 2 drives they were able to move the ball down the field.  If their best WR doesnt drop that pass at the goal line, Cincy would be up 21 - 17.  So, the offense is okay.
 
Special teams haven't done anything special - a very good kicker misses a short FG.

Discpline is always nice yes.  But having Zero penalties is beyond rare.  Especially when a flag can be thrown on every play
