I'm really disappointed that you would post that
without checking it out thoroughly first.

Jeez guys, take it easy on Wise!! Its his option to post his plays or not! Its his compassion and time, not anyone else's.

Mr. Wise, I think everyone, including myself was just really looking forward to your leans and plays to help everyone beat the books and make a little money. However, your call!

I guess it doesn't take much to impress you then.
I measure my projected MOV's against the actual
final score of the game. That's the only thing that
matters over  the long run.
My results are based on over 100 trials.
The difference is you are just trying to win . I am
trying to establish win probability. Big difference.

Another thing you can't seem to grasp is , I am
establishing my Win Probability accurately so I
can utilize Kelly for multiple plays. That means
fewer plays but with larger wagers. It's quality
not quantity that I'm concerned with.

You will never know how well I did,  

Interesting, but the fact of the matter is who really gives a chit. If he wants to bring an arrogancy to himself let him knock himself out. If he wants to brag about his winning plays or his percentage who cares, as it should not effect anyone's day whatsoever. This is cyber-land where you get all the bullchit and more ........ If the guy enjoys boasting let him go, because if it makes him feel good that is all that matters. It is his choice what he wants to share or not. He contributes is the only thing that should matter to the board, as the board is as quiet as I have ever seen it, and it is because of jealousy among other things that have driven many of the better posters away, at least WISEGUY36 stands in and takes the abuse that is thrown at him, and he still posts a lot of good information.

FIU un 50 , Wisconsin and Georgia were In game
wagers and stated as such. They were posted to
my thread Immediately after they were made.

Duke , L'ville , KSU , Mizzou were not official posted
plays Every summary posted was the same 9 plays
and were updated accordingly.

I'm disappointed in you. Just sayin.

In all of my recaps ( in Blue ) only my 9 originally
posted plays were counted to my record.These
same plays were shown on multiple summary posts
 

The other plays mentioned (  in red ) were plays
made.were mentioned in my thread , but WERE NOT posted plays and WERE NOT counted towards
my record , as well as parlays as THEY WERE
NOT POSTED PLAYS !!!!!!!

Urban Thanks You for your kind words. I've tried
to post plays and information to help others those
new to capping CFB pointed in the right direction.
I can take the abuse that mostly comes from a lack
of knowledge or just plain ignorance . What I will
not take is an attack on my integrity. To anyone on
this Forum who knows me honor and integrity are
2 values that I hold very close.
From this moment forward , I 'm done contributing
to this Forum.It has proven to be a waste of my time.

 

I’ve always posted the lines I bet whether it was an early post or late post, I probably folded a few times over the years to avoid the line police

I often times also say I like a line up or down to a certain number for those that may only bet on the day of the game, that generally goes over well

So, don't normally watch High School games on TV but had to watch this one on Bounce TV.  Thompson High School vs. James Clemens High School.  For those that might not be familiar, Tua's younger brother, Taulia Tagovailoa, is quarterback for Thompson.  3 touchdown passes so far midway in the 2nd qtr.  Looks to have as good an arm as Tua, but so far, not as quick on the feet.  Thought I would pass this along.

This is the dumbest thing I've read on any forum ever.

I have been reading and doing research on Value... I am very interested in the concepts and how each game/line has a certain value. 

This is how it works, I'll go slow and use small words, OK? Good, so if he posts his plays here it doesn't matter if they know who he is or where he bets. All that matters is they see a successful handicapper tearing it up. If he posts his plays and does well bookmakers or those who work with bookmakers reading this site looking for angles might be able to reverse or uncover a particular angle that happens to be working well - reverse engineering the plays. They then can latch on to that angle and build it into the lines for next week - before WISEGUY36 has even looked at those games.

It's about keeping your strategy to yourself even if that means not releasing your picks because behind every pick by a pro handicapper IS AN IMPLICIT STRATEGY.

Get it? He's not holding back plays so the lines don't move away from him -or- so that his bookie can't personally alter the lines - he can bet hours or days before posting here with his outlets.

Other folks who follow this site are touts selling picks and they have no idea how to handicap - they come to sites like these and look for hot cappers and pass the picks off as their own, charge $ for it and these picks go out to a looooooot of players and may not only cause line movement(not that Wiseguy36 cares at this point his bets are probably in) but these good plays are now on the radar, especially smaller schools and matchups. An angle can obviously be revealed.
