I shouldn't have to total this out like an accountant but some of you questioning my percentages, well, there you go, just a slight bit over .500
back in the winners circle despite misjudging the Oregon first half, they were sluggish and made a ton of mistakes, they even fumbled again inside the 10 in the 2nd half and still managed a nice 28 point win
our forum overreaction never ceases to amaze me, we have some serious insanity going on around this place, threads that Oregon wasn't going to the BCS, that UCLA was going to win straight up , the list goes on and on and it makes me want to retire as a bookie
Florida St beats a juco team by 32 and Oregon beats a top 15 team by 28 and Oregon loses ground huh?
how about the threads after 6 minutes of a game saying "why did I do this? how did I fall for this team? this game is over, I'm toast"
here's a tip, when you get a stupid thought in your head, tie your hands behind your back and keep yourself from the forum until the thought passes, that way we don't have to read it, thanks
to those of you that are good members and contribute to the greater good then keep that going, help me continue to blast these fools and clean this place up
My Top 5
Alabama (these guys are getting better)
Oregon (these guys need to get back to ball security or they won't stay unbeaten, they are awesome but you can't be non chalant in every game going forward or it will bite you)
Florida St (these guys have talent and are fun to watch, acc sucks though and I'm an ACC fan, also a realist)
Baylor (not sure how good they are but I'd take them over Ohio St tomorrow and never look back)
Ohio St (continue to win, not their fault that the Big10 is bad)
Heisman
Mariota (hasn't thrown a pick yet and runs a 1.2 40 yard dash)
Jameis (this kid is really good, hard not to like him)
Manziel (despite controversy is there any doubt who the MVP of college football is?)
all just random thoughts, not discussion material, I'll try to answer questions regarding games when I get the chance this week, I can't get to all of them, if I did I may stab myself

Did you notice that @ N. MX. St. failed to cover Abilene Christian College?? Yeh, I played them figuring they could handle a ordinary FCS school at home. $10 bucks lost. Abilene isn't a very good team.

I saw your BC and Oregon plays last week..what were the others, and when do you usually post?
Lafayette - 2 (posted tuesday)
Miss St. - 6.5 (1st half) (posted thursday)
BYU - .5 (1st quarter) (posted friday)
Texas A&M - 4 (1st quarter)(posted Saturday)
Oregon - 20 (posted at opening Sunday)
BCollege + 8.5(posted at opening Sunday)
Oregon - 13.5 (1st half)(posted Friday)
my posting can vary from week to week, I post some early or all early or some the day of the game depending on what I'm looking at each week, this particular week I didn't bet any early lines yet as I wasn't looking for anything
my threads used to be on page 1 during the week but the forum has become much busier these days

Even as a Florida State fan I think Mariota will win the Heisman. Feels good to be sitting on a +500 ticket on him from opening. Also, why can't we say screw the BCS and start the playoff this year. Who wouldn't want to see
Bama vs OSU Oregon vs FSU
Keep rolling this season.

he is probably leading at the moment but the Heisman will be decided like both teams national championship hopes will (most likely), if FSU stays unbeaten and Jameis continues to shine then he may pass Mariota if Oregon loses a game & Mariota doesn't play well (he has play bad for them to actually lose, at least one would think)
both players are great and why we all like college football
I'm like you, I wish we could have the playoff this season, especially if 4 or 5 teams finish unbeaten
my guess is some of them will lose because we see that every year, it will be interesting to see how it plays out

Johnny should win the Heisman again. A&M would be a 3 or 4 win team without him. He is definately the MVP of college football. FSU and Oregon both play some defense....Johnny has to literally win games. Is off season stuff is gonna kill his chances of a repeat, but he should get it again (if things keep going good for him)

What a heart breaker. SC converting 4th and G from the 15 and then the "doink". My heart hurt for those guys.
I know, I like that team this year, they are better than I expected for sure, in my experience this is the time to bet against them after that, I'll certainly tip my hat if they can get up for this one

I see, Houston actually opened today @ 10, haha, it's way above that now, I had to do a double take, I didn't bet it because I wasn't planning on that game but I wish I would have now to at least have a chance at middle, that line may hit 21
