Week 11: 9-6 +150

Big win by Northwestern, come on man +10.5 with a chance to play in the championship game, sure it's an away game but should have been a possession line. Fitzgerald is another likeable guy, wish the Wildcats luck the rest of the way

3-1 on the parlay so close... love to get crushed on the Totals for Nebraska game, lmao guy who gave me that info was way off

Utah St is the new Fresno St... auto bet for me 
Fresno St bettors flew too close to the sun and we got burned this week (Icarus reference: google) 

Bama was in Auto Mode after first half

Clemson Defense is better than advertised, only team IMO that can challenge the Tide

LSU point shaving??? That was a little suspect at the end, chance to score and go up by 14 or kneel and did neither. Looks a little fishy with the line at -13

Games I'm looking at this week:

Toledo vs Kent St - should be a similar outcome from the Buffalo vs Kent game... Toledo should roll

North Texas vs FAU - want to see the line might play with NT if line is low enough at home

Utah St vs Colorado St - AUTO BET

BC vs FSU -  check the status of BC quarterback, should find easier sledding against team that's packed it in

Nevada vs San Jose St - similar outcome to this past week for San Jose, Nevada should roll

Some likely dogs:
Duke
Illinois
UAB

Looking at a few others, should be some good match ups this week, hoping for continued success

I think I'll try to put together a W/L record for the season... way into the red, so try not to laugh too much y'all

What would you expect the BC-FSU line to be without their QB and RB?

The defensive unit will likely present all sorts of problems for Seminoles, they were able to get a few scores on ND but they have the look and feel of a team that's packed it in. At this point of the season, these types of teams are ones I want to bet heavily against.

The loss of the QB is important so I am hoping playing on the road we can see this line under 10 points... I like the Eagles to cover less than 12

Point shaving??? Why would he wait until the end of the game- he wouldn't know ahead of time that the end of the game would work out like that- too many opportunities to fumble during the game or do something stupid- Blame that on Coach O for trying to make boosters happy and Brosette being smarter than him and just trying to end the game. Coach O is nothing more than a glorified gym coach who is a great motivator and recruiter. LSU will continue to go downhill if they stick with this guy. Just watch. 

Anyway, nice week and  something tells me Vegas will wise up to Utah St. but it is hard not betting them every week.

Mid Week Action:

Toledo - 13.5 $100
I have a good feeling this will be like the match up with Buffalo vs Kent St, hoping Toledo puts forth a similar effort... thought line would be higher, maybe after loss line comes out low.

North Texas - 2.5 $100
Thought this would be a 6 or 7 point favorite. FAU dismal 1-4 record on the road, North Texas 4-1 at home. Perhaps just a gut pick here

Buffalo - 1 $100
I'll take the hot team that is undefeated on the road this year, 9-1 overall and 5-0 ATS in last 5 games. Ohio is seeing a slew of injuries late in the season

Will check the Tulane vs Houston game hoping to see this line go more in Houston's favor, Green Wave playing good football right now, watched the game against ECU the dbacks were on the receivers like white on rice. New Qb McMillan (transfer from LSU) is working in the offensive scheme and the team is moving in the right direction

Will do a little studying before making Saturday selections, card looks favorable so I'm optimistic this week

Utah St - 26 $770

The line could drop, or it could go into the 30's. I think Utah St rolls again this week, I don't see a 3-7 Rams team putting up much of a fight in this one, coupled with a 1:00pm central start... stadium will be lucky to have 50% capacity

Aggies 14th in AP and 13th in Coaches, steam rolling fools 

At this stage of season, I want to go with the hot hand and a team that has energy. I've said it in other posts in this thread, I'm looking to lay big $$$ against the teams that have packed it in this year.

Rams have dropped 3 in a row, and scored a measly 10 against Nevada. While the defense has been gashed for 239 points in those losses... Welcome the Aggies who now have put up 62, 56, and 61 points in the last 3 games

Of course this is CFB and anything can happen, no guarentees in sports betting, but I can't see this being a close game. Yes, I saw what happened to Fresno St last week (don't forget I had a 2 unit bet with them as well) and the hot streak has to come to an end at some point, I just feel confident enough here to believe the Aggies keep doing them another week.

3% chance of rain, low wind, weather should be perfect for a Aggies romp

Y'all go on ahead and say a prayer now for the Kansas Jayhawks, I think about now they'd much rather just mail in a score than actually have to face the Sooners this Saturday

Yes, I saw what happened against Oklahoma St and the near upset should be enough to give them a bit of a kick in the balls... jump start, electric shock wave... if they have a pulse Saturday they'll cover this spread

Murray throws at will, Sooners score at will... blood bath

How do you think OU's offense would stack up against the big 2 SEC defenses or Clemson?

That's a clash I'd like to see.

Feel really good about these mid week games, which I normally use a good bit of caution on as they can be precarious but these early lines look favorable

I'm all in for a Clemson vs Bama rematch, OU would be a close second, and of course can't count out Georgia. The SEC Championship Game will be a better gauge on the strength of the Bama team

Thanks for stopping by and glad Clemson could get the W for us last week (though I pushed overall by losing the totals wager)

Cornhuskers are scoring at will, 3-2 in last 5 games and putting up 30 or more since the loss to Northwestern. With Martinez back under center this is a different team.

I didn't see much of the Michigan St vs Ohio St game, but the portions I watched showed a lot of inaccurate passes by the qb and a stagnant offense (albeit they were backed up inside their 20 on most possessions) 

AND cornhuskers are home for this contest, I'll side with the home team to win this one outright

Very fishy line movement on Buffalo game gives me pause. 85% bets but the line has catapulted the other way?? Sharp $ heavy on OH. Will be hard for me to back a Rourke-led offense after watching last week. My 3 yr old son almost has a better arm than that guy. They had to bring the backup in to throw a hail mary from just on the other side of midfield, and, oh by the way, his pass only went to about the 15 and OUT OF BOUNDS!!??

BC - 1.5 $100

Going to continue to monitor the QB status for this game, if they feel he can play, will bump this wager up hopefully before the lines goes higher. BC better team all around and think the Defensive Unit will do enough in the FSU backfield to disrupt the flow of the game, even with backup eagles should be able to put up some points

Northwestern vs Minnesota OVER 48 $100

Wildcats aren't blowing anyone out this year, most games have been a TD or less, and now they are without 3 starters on Defense against a Gopher team that hung 40 on Purdue

Gophers giving up average of 29.6 points per game while Wildcats are giving up 23 on average

Northwestern will do their best to slow the game down but they'll be forced to put some points on the board and that bodes well for this over
