We had some upsets that are probably worthy of being mentioned before we move on to Week 12.
The Noon games yesterday saw Purdue upset Illinois which didn't surprise me too much. The week before Purdue stunk it up against a good Iowa defense and so people felt the same would have happened yesterday with Illinois similar good defense but Purdue showed some fight and got the win. The Vandy win against Kentucky - now Kentucky run defense really stunk it up. Vandy was running it left, right and in the middle with success...this upset did surprise me. 3 upsets last night and I think all 3 were real shockers to me - BC beat NC State - how in the world did that happen? Washington beating Oregon..I thought Washington was going to cover but to hold Oregon to 6 points at home -whoa that was crazy as well. Finally i fell asleep but to wake up and see AZ beating UCLA at home, that's a crazy one as well. Every week no doubt we see the upsets but some of these yesterday were real upsets !!!

My bad with the comment on Oregon-Washington game...i was thinking of another game so take that Washington win as an upset as in fact it was a close back and forth game. However the others are still real surprises.

I cant wait till the buckeyes put them wolves in the #6 spot. Who has Michigan even played worth a damn other than Penn St? I will credit the wolves defense, the week 4 flatfooted game came after three cupcakes to start the season. next week hopefuls: GEO OSU TCU TENN

USC lost Dye for the season but his backups looked dangerous against Colorado. UCLA's defense is nothing special. USC should get about 45 points. UCLA has a dual threat QB and USC doesn't handle them very well. So look for turnovers, penalties and field position (special teams). In other words, who knows? Should be wild.
Could be OVER Play of the Year besides..... SMU/Houston

coming off tough loss to gritty Uconn team, now Hugh has a chance to blowtorch a really bad Hokies team, this game shouldn’t be that competitive past a quarter or so, trust in Hugh as he’s coaching the best squad in Virginia

@Last2thirst sorry to bugger up the thread with next week's thoughts on my opinion with the buck eye. I may have jumped the shark on that one
No worries...let's debate because I see no mojo/sloppy play with some teams they play and strange play-calling with others, both on defense and offense. I am watching both sides of the ball as they will need that this year since Harbaugh showed them last year that you HAVE TO BE PERFECT in games like these....didn't Michigan win by almost 20?

I went to a casino last week, and golfed with a guy. Then, got a call today saying he died of a heart attack; only 35 years old. He stayed in the hospital for three weeks with the vid so not saying this to scare you but just want to make sure you take care of your business and get your annual physical/checkup. He was also a chain smoker so that didn’t help.

VA Tech lost 32 in a school shooting, UVA just lost 3 FB players. I'd certainly understand not playing the game, nothing is gained for two 3-8 teams, to play this game. I wouldn’t be shocked if they upset them but I wouldn’t be shocked if lsu just grinds them down & wins by 20, I’m fairly certain lsu won’t blow them out unless blazers decide to mail it in & go all in on their last game against a more beatable opponent , uab prob a very live teaser candidate
line is short though, I have fair line of 17.5 so seems like oddsmakers are choosing their side with this number, at my fair line I’d bet uab without blinking, at current line I’d consider but need to do way more digging, blazers are always good to my wallet
I can’t get over the hump with my health at the moment so I may be taking a break for a while my brotha, if I do I’ll be back for bowl stuff so we can do our thread together & hit 17% with a smile
