doc - got me some OU as well...was sitting at 4 (-108) for awhile on heritage however dropped to 3.5 so we bought the hook cheap at -115...should have the defense to hang around or win although QB play is shaky

Michigan St 27 NW 13 - seems like NW might be about ready to break after some unlucky losses, not expecting offense to do much against MSU defense after not hitting 330 yds. since Ohio St game

LSU 41 Tex A&M 30 - although it was early in the year, Tigers did fairly well against John Football last year, A&M defense didn't show much against AL or Auburn so A&M might need 40 to hang under number...not that likely where dreams go to die

Oklahoma St 48 Baylor 45 - Okie St defense good enough to hold Bears under 50 and able to match scores, looks like a good night tor Baylor who is getting banged up at skill positions to get knocked off so the points are a bonus

Utah St 38 Colorado St 24 - USU off bye week and seem a lot more solid on defense....347 ypg vs. 440....more than 2-3 pts. better on a neutral field...Aggies young QB gaining confidence

Tennessee 23 Vandy 13 - not much on the field lately to back Vols, mainly just a feeling that they need this one and match up well enough to grind one out against shaky offense that hasn't hit 340 in last 4 games including a couple bad defenses

USC 47 Colorado 17 - Stanford-UCLA sandwich could have USC a little flat early however believe crazy Ed will lessen chance of close one...they'd have to almost be dead for CU to hang around 2 TDS and not really seeing it...CU can't really stop the run or pass so they'll probably need 25 to cover....not convinced they'll get there against pretty tough defense

Cincinnati 34 Houston 27 - like the way Cincy has been playing, tougher defense catching points and UH off two tough losses

Oklahoma 23 Kansas St 19 - another solid defense catching points against a beatable team, if OU sticks to run and field position should be in this one, KSU run defense pretty solid lately however Sooners
