 The Civil War is still a huge rivalry, as is the Apple Cup.  I really like Oregon St. this week to come out with their hair on fire, in Corvallis, against one of the PAC 12 deserters, especially THIS deserter.  No opinion on the Apple Cup, but there's nothing the Beavs and Wazzu would like better than to punish their biggest rivals for leaving their programs in limbo.
