Florida +7 is still a lot of points in this SEC rivalry.

why do you like UMASS?    Just a mediocre 2 loss SEC team going up to Boston to go through the motions?

Too many points....UMASS hung around against Florida earlier this year,  were only down 3 going into the 4th qtr. Line is over inflated because of the SEC love affair factor.  SEC has been absolutely horrible against the spread this year. Don't get me wrong UMASS sucks a fat dickk, but I think Mississippi St is ad also. They lost to a horrible South Alabama team,  Im pretty sure that's south Alabamas only win. They also lost to a LSU team who has looked very lackluster this year

I realize that UMASS plays teams tough...but, this game is at Gillette, I doubt there will be more 15K people there.     Plus, UMASS starting QB (missed FIU game Comis) is questionable.  Miss St has QB isses of their own, but there is no question the talent delta between these teams.  I think Miss St expected to lose to LSU (revenge, night game at LSU), but they surprisingly played them close, even with LSU having a competent though unspectacular QB.)    I think the loss at home to S. Alabama and as you say UMASS played Florida relatively close at the swamp in week 1.     I wish I could have gotten the line at 22 and bought it down to Miss St -21.     Relative, to the SEC WEST, Miss St. definitely has some challenges, and they miss Prescott.   But, the way I figure it, they are still a SEC WEST team.   If Miss St. decides to play anywhere close to its potential, this game will be a blowout by half time.   But, that's the big if...you are obviously betting on a let down by Miss St, whereas, I believe, with an off week in week 5, Mullin will let them play (starters) until the game is well out of hand.  Of course a BDC is always possible, especially with a favorable line to Dogs of 3 TDs plus 2, but I think Miss St. will be focussed along with some good weather in Boston forcasted for Sat along with the opp to play in the home of the New England Patriots, the Bulldogs will be focssed to work out the kinks prior to off week, then the start of SEC play.    with the loss to S Alabama, they know they will probably have to pull an upset or 2 to qualify for a bowl...I think you will see a focussed and motivated Miss St on Sat.  Good luck on your other picks.

he's right on with every other line so he's probably being honest, he's not typically the making up a line kind of guy   I believe him and wish I had the 10 myself
