Did you see the fans at Colorado charge with field after beating Cal? You would've thought they won the Pac12. My, have expectations been lowered.

One of my favorite coach, Sam Pittman. Did you read what he did at BYU? We know Sam likes his cold beer, but due to BYU's no alcohol policy, he left a case of O'Doul's in the visitor's locker room on the way out the door.

In fairness, they were really, really high at the time.

Assuming too meant “extra point,” I don’t have to imagine it, I lived it, as that’s exactly what LSU did against Florida State.
There are times when going for two makes total sense. I just feel like going all-in to go up 1 with :48 still left against an elite offense is a crappy bet. Anyway, back to trying to watch the NFL. It’s not easy.

If they were giving out Heisman's today, they would give it to a Hooker.
Dillon Gabriel is worth at least 21 points more to his team than the backup QB's.
Cam Rising is a baller...but we already knew that.
Bama can lose a couple more games, and they'll still find a way to put them in a playoff.
Offense wins championships....wait, what?
Illinois is going to win the Big 10 West. And hell will freeze over.
Oh yeah, and I'm a bad gambler. Saturday gave me an epic beatdown..

This just looks and feels like it’s Tennessee’s year
They should be able to get the win in Athens in a few weeks.
Looks like great offense is superior to great defense as of now
That trend will change back at some point
Everything runs it’s course over time
Enjoy this season it’s flying by

--Yes, Tennessee tore down the goalposts and threw them in the river. School is now asking for donations to replace them.
--UNLV accused of having Weapons of Mass Purcussions as ref had to tell them not to play during game.
--Fresno State coach suspended after punching and breaking the glass in the coaches booth. Glass injured a couple of fans below.
Not sure how many sofa's were burned in East Lansing after Sparty's epic home conference win?

The only thing I noticed in the Mich/Psu game(aside from Franklin choking again) is Harbaugh was the only person of 105k people dressed like the game was being played in Antarctica. He has old man bones. Quentin Johnston of TCU is reminding me of Megatron . Maction use to have fun high scoring games. Now either elite defense or terrible offense and think terrible offense. Nick Saban is a great recruiter and mediocre coach. And guess he doesn't recruit defensive backs anymore as Hyatt is still open for 80 yards. I can't figure out if Auburn players are playing for Harain to save job or playing to transfer to better SEC schools.

As already mentioned, LOVE this thread.
15 years of misery for Tennessee came to an end and in very dramatic fashion. It takes a lot to beat Alabama and it did for this game as well. 17 penalties, few questionable calls and no calls (nothing really different from many of Alabama's close wins/losses), outstanding QB play, and some bad special teams plays. I think I just saw Hyatt with another reception for a TD in Neyland with their missing goal posts.
This Alabama team (coulda/shoulda/woulda) could be 4-3 right now and with a couple tough games remaining in the year. One would think that the scare against Texas and then yet another one against Texas A&M would wake this team up, but it did not. We are seeing lack of defense and a very undisciplined team.
Other games:
Michigan could have slaughtered PSU. Lots of costly errors in the first half. Michigan is looking more and more legit. Penn State overrated that badly? Or that good of a showing from UM?
The USC/Utah game was outstanding. A lot of back and forth. Caleb Williams I see the hype. He plays well and with heart. Hard way to lose that good of a game.
What an overall weekend for college football. Regardless if your team won and lost, this is why we love this sport.

Exactly. Despite having been sucker-punched twice, and had ice thrown in my eye once, at Virginia Tek, I still feel like Tennessee fans were the worst I've ever encountered. That said, I was really happy for them Saturday. College football needs rivalries (and 23-team conferences, and 10am kick times, and really loud piped-in music so you can't hear yourself think, and Gus Johnson), but rivalries are only rivalries if the other team wins every now and again. It's also just good for the sport when programs like Tennessee are relevant.

Ya know... you've talked about all these negative encounters with fans at different stadiums, cities, etc... the common denominator in the stories is you. Maybe you're just a dick

So you only saw him in the tunnel pre-game. Whole game he wore a hoodie.

God I love this man. I feel like we need to get together and have a bon fire and talk about all the crazy s/h/i/t we have done in life....
Worst for me was when I was 13 and was at Ravens stadium with a Kordell Stewart Jersey on fans behind me spent all day saying how much he sucked among other things other guys and then they started to literally burn terrible towels all across the section and then heckle all throughout the parking lot way back. Another time I was in Annapolis playing pickup basketball and had a guy throw a glass bottle at me while I was on court
Good times....
