What a fix in Navy VS Maryland Game

Question

I know that the 4rd and 1 at the goal line was just to excite the fans of Navy to go ahead with the play because Navy controlled the game so well. However, before the play, MD called a timeout and I saw Navy QuarterBack on the headphone and shaking his head. I know this play will not be successful because a game fixer just told him what to do. I wonder why did he take the instruction from his head caoch, but he has to put on the headphone and listen to someone else. Very nice fix.

Agree. I always wager based on the game fixing angle. I did not think that Navy would throw this game away. I thought it would cover the second half but not the whole game. Maybe too much open on the Navy side, which caused this team to throw the game away.

not a fix just a dumb decision on the coaches part.  if i were coaching fg no doubt.  extend to overtime.

I think the UNDER was the FIX, cause if it goes into OT, the final score might be 54-51.  Plus, there was alot of fumbles in the red zone, confirming the fixed UNDER.

Are you for real?I MOST DEFINITELY think some games are rigged, but the Navy/Maryland game was not one of them!The QB was probably talking to his OC, you know (well you probably don&#x27;t actually) the one who he does the most talking to at practice.

OC knows that QB&#x27;s plays were successful the whole way. WHy he needs special instructini? Another thing is that they can win this game in OT why take the risk if you don&#x27;t trust the QB making the right play?
