Baylor +15 - Baylor might be one of the most improved teams from last year to this. Too many points. Northern Illinois +28 - Huge Let down spot for Notre Dame here. Northern Illinois is a good MAC team, maybe one of the best. I just don't see Notre Dame offense putting up a ton of points here...
