I recently moved from Vegas to Texas and online betting is legal just want one with customer service and hassle free withdrawals. Thanks
I use bet mgm for their bonus.. theyve given me a few free $500 bets and $250 bets.. and some good deposit matches with a 1x play thru... and they let you keep the initial deposit match as well... other books offer better lines tho..especially live. I cash out to paypal...10K+ has been approved and in my paypal account within 3 hours..on the weekend.

Just reading up on Texas, It's actually a pretty funny situation from what I could find in actual articles. Texas doesn't allow wagering on sports within the state and any local businesses. BUT doesn't care about the offshore stuff. Then the other issue is most US books have to have separate licenses for each state, mostly because of the state taxation take is different. But some, like Illinois (where I live) have extra rules like no betting on in state NCAA involved teams. I believe all states don't allow wagering from out of state, thus they have to have a GPS location on you before the apps will take a bet. For example, I have several accounts for each app (bet rivers, mgm, superbook). One for each state. I visit Vegas alot, so have to have the apps ready to go. But have to log into a different app. Whichever state I'm in. I went to Michigan this year, and the process for my verification for an account (rivers) took 5 days.

America has 50 states not 52 unless you are talking about some of the territories like Virgin Islands & Guam but we have 5 of those not 2 so that wouldn't really make sense. As far as online casinos that are "Valid" in all the states, what do you mean? Obviously there are not US online books valid in all states since all states have not legalized gambling. You can easily you offshore books in all the 50 states but not sure if it's worth the hassle in the states where it's been legalized. Someone from one of those states care to chime in? I'm in California so won't see legalized gambling for years.

I vote for Heritage. It's a reduced-juice book. I withdrew all my funds when the pandemic first started, and they paid instantly. Heritage is a must-out for everyone.

@skoonr3
Yes, i love bookmaker too, really good lines on soccer too, with -108 in juice, but so many soccer leagues its chaos sometimes. It would be better if they were a bit more organized in soccer.
