Fixed? The first couple weeks of college football is a crap shoot. To think that Penn State beating Wisconsin is beyond the realm of possibility is comical.  C’mon, the notion that a game is fixed because you bet the other way isn’t evidence of a rigged game. It’s evidence that you might wanna stop betting for awhile.
