people are too finnicky. the guy is posting the plays he likes much like everyone else. no one is putting a god damn gun to anyone's head to play them. everyone is on here for one sole reason to make money.

on this site u will always have a split on games so you going to call people idiots for recommending a pick based on trends? speaking of trends everyone looks for them if not they wouldnt put in on sports websites,newspapers etc u look for an edge and you hope that edge helps u out.
NC State looks like a mismatched with FSU but who has FSU really played? they played two schools that couldnt even beat a h.s. team and when they did play someone familiar to their schemes (wake forest) they didnt do anything.
NC State gives FSU fits could it happen again tonight we shall find out.

FSU started the year with two FCS schools that severely skewed their numbers...take out those two games and the numbers arent nearly as impressive...second year under tom o'brian (very good coach)...NC ST should be improving as the year goes on under him...FSU doesnt have an actual head coach seeing as its been 10 years since bowden has put on a headset or known the name of any of his players...home dog...prime time...both teams with garbage offenses...should make for a close game regardless of who comes out on top...should be close which would make NCST the pick...winner will be team with less dramatic mistakes (turnovers, special teams, broken coverages, etc.)

I like your advise. Read all the time and you are right, it has been a Thursday night of dogs. Sounds like to me you are making a ton of money and believe me linesmakers are setting their big betting buddies up to make a lot of money because they know public money is always drawn to favorites. Case in point, did anyone really believe before Monday night that Cleveland would beat the G-men. Keep it coming. When you oppose a "lock" or "guarantee" simply for that fact, are not not doing the same thing as following a trend? You are such a hyprocrite and stupid.
Sure trends are simply trends, but are you not doing the same thing with match ups? What you fail to realize is that there are trends and tendencies in everything. For instance, Peyton Manning is arguably the most intelligent QB in the NFL and the trend will continue. That trend does not change, maybe with a few concussions and he turns into a veggie. But if you bring an analogy to a statistical perspective, it's essentially the same thing. One example is that dogs tend to beat favorites on Thursdays televised on ESPN, which is what Collegeguru is stating. That trend/tendency may or may not change, so it is up to you to decide. But CG is stating he believes it will continue and he is putting his money where his mouth is.
You need to learn how to think out the box and put two and two together instead of thinking in a straight line.
