Thats right, It all started in 1996

walked into Caliente sportsbook in TJ Mexico with 1500 dollars and laid the 13.5 points, Winner
I was hooked, the next year was even better as I rode John Elway and the Broncos all the way, and taking power teams like the Packers, 49ers, and an up and coming Jaguars team didnt hurt either, I was strictly NFL
and i was out of control and my bets were everywhere across the universe
2000 here 200 here 5000 here 300 here 12000 here 400 here
No way I should have lasted but I did, I had a 24 karrot gold horse shoe up my ass
I made enough to open my first restaurant and pay off all my loans to le cordon bleu.
then in 1999 Reality hit
I lost, I got my a$$ kicked, I lost all my liquid cash that wasnt associated with my business, the only thing I had left was my business, and my car that was paid off, I didnt own a home I was renting an apartment.
So I saved from my business I was able to save 17 K and said Ill show you motherf*ckers
Year 2000 another losing year, this time I delved into the college world
Year 2001 another year another 20K down the drain
Same with 2002
that is when things changed
I bought a book by JR Miller
Not much stood out
but the one thing that did
I was betting like a degenerate fool and a fool and his money are soon parted.
I always wondered how can someone hit 14 out of 20 games and be broke?
I learned that you must bet the same amount each and every game.
No Units no games of the year
No bets of my life
None of that bullsh*t that will destroy your bankroll
it was trial and error for a few years
but for the last 1o years Iv settled in, and sure Ill never see another 200K wins in 2 seasons
Ill never lose 20k a year for 3 or 4 years again.
Iv slowly built my bankroll to where Im comfortable betting 330 a game.

If I see bet of your life, I keep thinking See you in the life hear after
When I see I bet all my bankroll or half my bankroll on this game, I think to myself, Do you realize how dumb that is.
Take it from someone who has fought this war with the bookmakers for years
If you vary your bet size
Your dead
If you risk all your bankroll on one game
It will get you one day and your dead.
Stop being that guy that goes 6 or 7 or even 8 out 10 and ends up a loser.
Be smart and learn to bet with your head not your heart.
I may sound like Im preaching here but I think the reason we have so many angry, childish posters here is because they follow someone, and over bet there bankroll and are broke chasing it, thats when all the hatred spews out.
