USF lost their head coach Charlie Strong in this one, Blake Barnett probably wont be QB and USF has been on a 5 game losing streak. The only thing thats a positive for USF is they are looking for a win to end the season and dont have far to travel . Basically playing at home. Marshall has been pretty tuff this year but hasnt beat anyone thats a tuff team. They've won against weak teams like Old Dominion, Florida Atlantic, Charlotte and UTSA. You get my point. If I knew B. Barnett was QB and a 100% I'd be all over USF and I'm really leaning towards USF but I think the safe play here is the OVER. I see both teams scoring atleast 3 to 4 TD's a piece to put this on Over 51.5.
