14/30 completion from toledo QB from last game.. i know they are a good running team. FIU isnt that bad either on their D and Offense.

3pt game imo.

The backup is mobile and not a good thrower which should help with the winds being so high. 

E.Peters Toledo back up QB isnt all that great on the passing game.. just something to consider. FIU isnt a garbage team... +7 is alot. I see FIU striking first
