i find it rather comical how the word "MIGHTY" can be used in the same sentence along with San Jose State!!    going back to the 03-04 season, "MIGHTY" sjsu is an amazing 14-32 against div. 1 opponents.  take away the 7-4 in 06 (cal poly doesn't count) and the record is even better!!!   out of those 14 victories in 5 years...the combined record of the teams they beat...22-128!!!!  so the "MIGHTY" spartans beat up on teams who go an average of 1.5 - 9 every season!!!   "MIGHTY" may be the last word i would use to describe sjsu...but what do i know!!!

I have a question. Sportsbook.com is NOT allowing a parlay with SJST and the Under on this game. I have never seen that on this site before. They'll take any other parlay HI/Under, HI/Over, SJST/Over. Hmmmmmmmmm.....

san jose state in this one... its a nationally telivised game and they will be ready to play!! hawaii has a weak D and im sure the spartans will keep it close!! watch for the upset! and if not 17 points will good enough to make money

this has been a crazy line to watch, dropping 1.5 points in a matter of hours yesterday, and i'm not even sure why it happened... my initial thought when it opened was on hawaii, but over the last few days its shifted to sjsu... after doing a bit more research this morning i've decided to stick with the Warriors, hopefully brennan plays healthy and SJSU isnt too pumped up playing at home on national tv... right now its Hawaii -17.5, but i think i'll wait a bit to bet it seeing as it could be dropping to 17 still

Game time decision on this one. I liked San Jose at first glance (+17.5 At Home) but Hawaii has been good to me lately. It just seems that other then the 2 Boise state  and OK games, the Dogs seem to cover these spreads on Night ESPN games.

San Jose +17.5 seems like a trap if u ask me...Anyone think the same, its kinda like they are begging you to take them.

???...I like the over though, that seems like a good bet.

That's strange, I remember some other sites not accepting similar wagers in that manner.  Not sure what to make of it though.

any thoughts on a 7 point tease here...either way and the under 77...?  I normally stay away from getting cute, but have won  2 of 2 teasers this year.  Consensus seems split here on the sides, and bad weather may play a roll...

this is probably the worst game you could ever tease. it could be 70-42,  42-10, or San Jose winning outright.  I would guess maybe 2 times out of ten the 7pts would matter for this matchup.  Could it be tonight-sure, but percentage ROI wise a very bad play.

Well my friend if you look at SJSU home games first of all take out UC Davis from the mix and that leaves you Idaho. If you look at that game SJSU scored majority of their points in the 1st half of that game and 7 points in the 4th to squeeze out a 28-20  victory over Idaho. Their road games play out the same trend so throw that in the mix.

What that basically tells me is that SJSU is a better first half team than it is 2nd half team. That's why originally I posted that I do not like UH in the first half.

I'm looking for Colt to build a lead in the first 3 qtrs of this game and Tyler Graunke coming in the later part of this game to seal the deal.

I stayed away from the O/U could go either way. If you look at the O/U totals for UH games at times the totals look inflated but UH has been known to go over.

Fatcash - last report I had was that Colt was very close to his normal self and a lot more mobile that the last game. Due to his injury at times in that last game his throwing off on the wrong foot.

hunted my friend in a UH game my heart needs to be there but I would have stayed away from this one if I had nothing that points out in UH's favor. BTW my friend keep that avatar just in case I need something to make me smile again if I'm wrong  dont' worry about going against my pick it's all good

thanks TSW and fair enough...I can't commit either way here, hate to sit out a friday night game...but i do have the SOX tonight---yeah I am from Boston and I love the Red Sox, but I really don't like watching baseball..atleast not without a pain killer or two.
