Thanks for the input. I really like Cal, UGA, Michigan. I like CMU against Ohio. Love Lefebre (sp?), think he is a great college qb, they have done really well, in the MAC of late, not well when they go out of conference, ie last year when I took them +14 or so at clemson, they scored first and lost something like 70-7! I think Ohio has a let down after blowing what is really their superbowl last week. I lean to GT, just b/c I think VT is overrated. Even last week they won, but didn't look good and game was too close. GT was good to me last week, but not sure they are a quality team, I think the conf is just bad. Rolled with Rice twice this year and won, they have a great offense, and don't get rattled if they get behind early, both games they were down 2 tds at one point. Vandy has looked good but I think people think they are better than they really are. Miami Oh doesn't have much offense, couldn't move the ball on Mich, even though Utah ran straight through UM, and SC is overvalued early as usual, Spurrier gets too much credit. Won with Vandy last week, but not sure it continues. KU/USF seems like a toss up to me. USF came down to earth at the end of last year, and has struggled some this year allready, but KU hasn't been blowing people away either, 1-1 covering big lines. I would lean with you here but probably won't bet it as I can make a good case for both sides. Oregon giving 8 on the road doesn't excite me. I like Purdue QB and the system to be able to score, but he didn't look good in Week 1. Not sold on the quality of teams oregon played, so I would have to take the points, but probably won't bet. Ark St has pounded the ball on the ground so far, but competition hasn't been great, but SMiss is giving up a ton of yards on the ground. I like Smiss here with the points, they have covered both times this year, and played Auburn well. If auburn scored 27, can't see ArkSt scoring more than 3 tds. Arizona game wasn't on my radar, but the more I look at it I like it. My Frogs shut UNM down in a game that I thought would be a lot closer, and TAMU covered in a game that was not as close as the score indicated. I agree with you here. At second glance I would say I am better than 50-50 on your picks, agree 6, disagree 2, no opinion 2. Thanks for the insight on Arizona. Here are a couple of others I am looking at, what do you think:
Rutgers -4.5
Ball St -7
Wisc -1
I really like wisconsin, I think they are just a better team. I like Hill at RB and the QB is solid. Fresno seems to trendy of a pick here.
