weather forecast looks like cold and rainy...  contrary to being a HURRICANE, they historically don't play well in poor weather.

I was a season ticket holder for 3 yrs.  Home / Away - doesn't matter.

Bad weather, Cains over performing at home, Mia QB beaten up. Sounds like a 20-17 slog fest to me.

UNC is always up for this game, and Mia scoring has been special teams and defense takeaways. I like Mia to win but in a one score game.

So far there have been 21 NCAAF Thursday games this season. There have been 4 straight up Underdog winners so far. 

Wk 3 Tulane +7 wins 24-15 at LA Tech
Wk 3 Texas Tech +3 home dog wins 20-10 vs TCU (ranked 24 at the time)
Wk 5 Virginia Tech +7 wins 17-10 at Georgia Tech
Wk 5 Iowa State +3 win 38-21 at Iowa State

Ranked teams on Thursday games so far this season:

Wk 1 At South Carolina (7) -11 wins and covers 27-10 vs North Carolina
Wk 3 TCU (24) -3 lost 10-20 at Texas Tech
Wk 4 Clemson (4) -12.5 wins but Did Not cover 26-14 At North Carolina State
Wk 6 UCLA (13) -5 wins and covers 34-27 at Utah
Wk 8 At Louisville (8) wins but Did Not cover 24-10 vs Rutgers

I picked Miami -8 earlier in the week when the lines came out. Looks like it is up to -9.5 right now, and possible even go up to -10. If that is the case, buy a 0.5 point or 1 point and take North Carolina +10.5 for the game. Perhaps a back door cover at the end on this game.

Something isn't quite right, a 5-0 team ranked 10th. gives a 1-4 team with injured QB only single digit spread !!!!!

North Carolina is the play.  Line is way too good to be true.  It's Thursday boys, so expect the unexpected.  Nothing in this game points to NC covering, absolutely nothing.  That is why I am taking North Carolina +8.5! Cheers

Tough Florida team? Abysmal offense and still should have won that game if it wasnt for a ton of TOs. I think each week we see how enept that team is offensively. Yes, Miami beat them at HOME! I am not that impressed. Florida Alantic, Savanah Guthrie, G Tech, USF. Yeah really tough schedule. Powder puffs. All were at home except for USF. Not much of a road game lol. I think Miami wins but UNC keeps it close. Food for thought, UNC has more NFL prospects than Miami.

My local keeps the juice at 25%, even at 7, so always buy that point.  Give the guy a break, I don't think anyone bets hoping to lose. Not often you see such a high percentage of people on the under, not like this is Bama vs LSU type of game.  I was expecting the line to start and stay around 6 but even more shocked at the total.  This total should be low 50's.  So much action on a total this far off and line stays at 63ish.  I'm going to force myself to take the over, really hard to do in this game, so that means got to go the max.  Vegas knows something we don't.  Not touching the game but over is a must play.

Agree the over looks like the play. Given thesae 2 teams havent gone over that total ever lol. Can't understand why its that high,

Usually good games when these to play, north carolina does look aweful but u never know with a rivalry. Morris has been making bad decisions with the ball as of late and duke is a fumbler so we'll see.
