I watch NT play a few games last year.......what a team...I see BALL ST all over this team,.....even though it's early in the season..They should cover some games this year (NT),...but not seeing this one.....GL to all those who jump on this one....Green

North Texas is aweful.......and Ball st still has key people back from last year.....Nate Davis was the man that drove the bus.....but with both teams starting young, inexperienced QB's, I'm all over BSU.

agree with everything, but taken a flyer on what has to be an improved mean green D and a slight fade towards ball state - locked in at + 17.5 on the mean green

North Texas is aweful.......and Ball st still has key people back from last year.....Nate Davis was the man that drove the bus.....but with both teams starting young, inexperienced QB's, I'm all over BSU.
Upon further revview.......NT QB is a junior and started the last two years.....he isn't anything to write home about though. The redshirt freshman QB for the Cardinals has the teams confidence behind him and a few outside weapons returning to help him along. The defense lost a boatload of people.......and they weren't a great unit last year ranking in the 60's of the country, if I'm correct. But with M. Lewis coming back with his 1700 yds rushing and 22 TD's, I can't see NT hanging with Ball St here. But, BSU does have a new coach that didn't handle the bowl game too well last year.......but that was one of the most explosive mid major schools over the last few years.......this is the last ranked defense in the country that they will be operating against(#120 in 08').
BSU should stomp them and for those of you who like to watch blowouts......it's on ESPNU at 8:00.

Irisheyez-Riley Dodge is the QB for the Mean Green and he is a redshirt freshman. Dodge is also the coach's son.
I wouldn't expect much defense from either side in this game. I'm going with the over.

Hey Mellow.......thanks for the information.....but I'm confussed?? When you look at returning leaders for North Texas is shows Giovanni Vizza as the returning leader in Passing yards and Td's. But when you click on his name, it shows him as a Junior but shows a Texas A&M symbol next to him on that page?? I didn't notice that before? Is he a transfer to or from there, and why does it show him and the returning passing leader with full season stats over the last two year??? Did the Dodge kid just beat him out this year??
