Dudes, poured rain here all afternoon and early evening. Tomorrow is supposed to be even worse, tapering off on Thursday. Not sure of the condition of the PAT at the OB, but can tell you it won't be completely dry at game time. Not even gonna speculate on the outcome. Just tryin to keep ya'll in the know.

They're always here, but slowing down this time of year. That's ok, sailfish season is coming and they're way more fun to catch!

I'm going to go see Genesis in concert and forget that they are playing this game. However, I may throw a few pesos on the under if I get a good number. Much better matchups on Saturday to wager on.

ive caught some sails in the past but almost exclusively flyfish now.  got 4 tarpon off marathon in 06 and a 1 month old girl stopped my pilgrimage this year.  going in 08.  my buddy just had a slam last week  27lb permit, 110lb tarpon, and he just had to go get the bonefish....bastard.
hey 3rd, enjoy the tunes, bring the defibrillator incase they vapor lock on ya.

Canes - Safety Lovon Onder (9/17, knee) is questionable, Defensive Tackle Josh Holmes is questionable, Running Back Charlie Jones (9/17, foot) is questionable.
 
A&M: No significant injuries

Texas A&M should be the favorite in this match up by at least 6 points.  Hmmmmmm..
 
Might have to dig a little deeper before I make a move.  When the lines are off by this much based on Power Rankings you must resist the obvious and go the other way.

I can't help but thinking that A&M is overrated. The only team they played with a heartbeat this year, ( Fresno St.)damn near beat them. I am not suggesting Miami's offense can score 40 points but an away game in the rain and mud against a good defense doesn't look to encouraging for the Aggies. Miami has the athletes to beat A&M, and I think Oklahoma is the real deal this year, don't get too high on the Aggies here....

Quick weather note for you all. There is a Low Pressure system moving across Florida. Expected to slide into the Eastern Gulf tonight/ early thursday. Hurricane Hunter is expected to make a flight into the system thursday. For you Inlanders, this means a tropical depresion/ storm could be forming before the game. It may not affect the Miami area, but it could. I would watch the weather, it could change drastically overnight..

here's how this game likely plays out. miami's o stinks it up.  they keep running the ball ineffectively but tossup a bomb now and then that may work since a&m is vulnerable there.  a&m slogs it out in the trenches and eventually gets some points versus a very tough D that hopefully gets worn out and pissed off at their crap offense. justa guess

Well BigDaddy, I'm on the fence about this one after feeling good about the Aggies last night.
After pushing some numbers and reading some more, well now.....
I don't like the teasing card myself, but this may be a game worth teasing, if the weather moves in.  Teasing the Hurricanes because of a hurricane.

The "blow-hard led Irish are one of the only teams that looks worse in big games on offense than Miami.......A+M will run all night.....wear them down physically......then slam the door with Defense!!  I'll be taking a small paraly with the Aggies and the under in the slopp.
 
PS......just put big money on the under in every ND game exept Purdue next week.......for the rest of the season.....Charlie is at a lose up here........and too stubborn.....and "briliant" to admitt it.  Sparty rolls for the 6th time in a row in The Bend........Has Vegas posted an O/U on how many sacks ND will give up this year???? I'll be out there next weekend and looking to put my house on the over!!  lol    They just suck.....simple as that.......and so does Miami.......unbelievable, but true.

That turned out kinda squirrely.  46.5 is the O/U obviously and the -2.5 is the current line.  +120 is the ML for A & M, -140 for the Canes.  The % is the % of money as of now on the side, money, and O/U.  You get the picture though.  Money talks and I don't like this game.  Go with your gut if you bet this one, not trends and injuries.  GL

Tieu, A&M has 9 returning starters on offense, and 7 on defense.

My fishing has been hampered too Doctor. Can't wait til my boy is old enough to go offshore. Kids are the best!
