The Under is 9-2-1 in the last 11 FIU games against a team with a losing record.

UNDER for me!

In the last 5 meetings between the two teams, only once that the home team won and only once that the home team covered the spread.

I'm leaning toward Troy.

Big Daddy mentioned it already,last week total was close to this one to this one,I took FH under last week and sec.half over,but had also taken the game over,Sorry Big Daddy,,reason I did it that way was the line,when we were cashing this under all the time we had a total in the 60s most of the time,and for years it was just play it,but last 2 years it has not been as good as when it was on the streak of all unders,I also had Ark.St last week so I had a good game last Tuesday,but my point is with the # being lower now,last weeks game came close to going over with very few points in the FH.
But I will be on the under tonight,FIU does have a running game and I believe Troy is going to try to establish one tonight as against the teams they have played they had very little of a running game,leading rusher in the 200s,so thinking like a Coach I would think we need to get some rushing yards and this could be the team to run on,
Under FH and game and see what the score is at the half,

I should really just stick to soccer.  I make money all day on the soccer O/Us and then throw it away on games like this.  But I just can’t help myself – betting/watching football is so much more fun (soccer is so unwatchable, even with money on the outcome).

 

This game really comes down to Hilton playing.  If he’s 100%, with Troy’s pass coverage, it’s FIU and the over.  Otherwise, Troy has a shot.  Browsing around, I don’t see anything indicating that he won’t be ready for this game.  Anybody know otherwise?

This game is very fishy.  (So are women, but we don't need to discuss that now).  Past seven meetings, the closest a game has been is 9 pts.  The offensive and defensive pt. differential is +14 if favor of fiu.  Then why sucker the line?  I can't help but play every game, so if I must, my system tells me Troy.  Go figure.  In the end, the books get the money anyway.  I'd go for the under, but I don't want to jinx it for the rest of u.

Does anyone have any good insight on which team? Looking at there stats are just horrible.. Both teams havent covered in their last 4 games.. which team covers tonight?

I say again... STAY AWAY FROM SIDES ON WEEKDAY GAMES. They always look good and someone will give you some convincing advise but the best advise is to learn to stick to totals for these games. Much easier to cap.

Under 1st half 27.5

Under 55 game

All indicators seemed to say TY Hilton was okay last week and he clearly was NOT.... so, until I know for sure (and I'll catch the pregame stuff to determine) I'll just stay away from a side.... if he is still hampered some, than I would be on Troy... FIU is not the same team without him @ 100%.

Bad move, MJ.  One thing i've noticed is the correlation between line and money line.  The money line for the most part is low-balled in this game.  It should be around +230 to +240.  Someone is afraid of getting pounded.  I mean, maybe it's just my book screwing around with me.  I know programs can crunch a player's numbers and patterns and adjust lines to screw players.  The two books I looked at were +220 and +230.  When the line jumped to 6-1/2, one offshore only increased money line by +10.  Anyway, food for thought.
