I would not be surprised if duke needs a last minute TD or FG to win this game,way too many injuries on that team.

im the biggest DUKE homer in the world and even i know they wont win by 10. they have the ability to play with anyone in the country( example...stanford for 3 quarters) but they shoot themselves in the foot. terrible field goal kicking,no running game, and  a defense that leaves a lot to be desired. give me tulane plus the points. maybe even a small ML play

What makes you think Duke is scoring 36? They'll be lucky to get to 24 and sqeak out a win if that

my opinion is Tulane +10.5 may be the softest line on the board today...ill take +10.5 against Duke with anyone in the country....the line is very skewed since they beat BC last week, who is awful this year by normal standards...
