There are a lot of winners, and it takes a lot of time to coordinate all the free plays between our Contest Department and DSI. I got the Contest guys to check for your e-mail. MADMAN62,&#xD;&#xA;I just recieved an e-mail from Diamond and they&#x27;re telling me your account was pre-existant. As per the rules, only new accounts are eligable for this prize. Pre-existing accounts are not eligible. See the quote below from the e-mail that gets sent out:&#xD;&#xA;"As per the contest rules (https://contests.covers.com/SportsContests/Survivor/rules.aspx) you only qualify for this $25 Free Play prize if you do not already have a Diamond Sportsbook account. hey madman these cover contest are bogus, i was a new customer  and never received a dime in my dsi account only was told i didnt send the winning information in, which i sent 3 times and gave up because they never even email me back the last time.     COVERS IS BOGUS     MONTCUT

Rizz, I&#x27;m posting here since you seem to read this thread. I received and complied with the email for  the Streak Survivor contest back in November and have yet to receive either the prize, an acknowledgment, or an explanation. Several follow-up emails have likewise been ignored. Could you have someone look into this?

my current streak is at 11 my streak of 7 was on 1/26/10 so far i have not receive anything, i did everything they ask.
